I had asked for a shaggy bob with curtain bangs, in a red/blonde shade. Unfortunately, I'd ended up with a badly uneven sorta-bob, micro bangs, unblended layers, a lot of weight at the bottom, and splotchy balayage. Katie worked a lot of magic and set me up with a near-replica of the inspo pic I'd been going for initially. She did the impossible and salvaged my too-short bangs, plus showed me how to style them until they grow back fully. I love the shaggy bob she gave me and the super-dimensional color is my favorite I've ever had! I can't recommend this salon and specifically Katie enough! When I left, I initially thought that I had what I had asked for and actually thanked the stylist, John. Her hair was fluffed up a little bit, and I didn't notice much wrong other than a little more than I asked for being cut off. After she took her coat hood off, I realized that the cut was very uneven. Bangs were very uneven. Pieces an inch long. Right side of hair did not match left. I called and ask to speak to the manager. On vacation. Asked for the owner to call. Nothing. This is my second bad experience with this location and this stylist and the owner responded last time that the stylist was trying to make a good haircut when he gave my daughter a 1.5" haircut instead of the bang trim I had asked for. I ended up spending $60 elsewhere to fix this mess and it will probably take a long time to grow it back close to her previous length. Please avoid this location and John.
