Today was our first time at Los Jefes for my son's hair cut. Angel was his barber and he did an immaculate job. The precision he used to make sure everything was even and lined up was unlike anything we've experienced before and my son has had a handful of barbers in the past. Our last barber in Snohomish is moving so we thought to try something closer to home. I'm so glad we found such a quality place. The shop is clean. Smells good. And the barbers are friendly. I would guess it's geared more toward adult men, however the barber had the booster seat for my son, and there was also another young boy getting his hair cut there as well. To all the moms, this is the spot for a good boy's and men's cute. Lastly, we were a walk in appointment and were helped right away. This was a Thursday afternoon. 3 other men were getting hair cuts while I was there and the other younger boy as I mentioned above. It seems like a busy place yet enough barbers available to meet demand. Highly impressed. read more

Just called and asked about haircut times to request an appointment when I asked if they could keep it below and hour I was hung up on. Crazy behavior I was extremely nice and have tipped VERY well every time I've come . Very disappointed by this, as someone who works with customers everyday customer satisfaction should be a priority! Especially if they've just asked respectful questions. read more

Very chill and nice vibe. Ample sitting for waiting with music playing and staff being engaging. First time trying out this place as I'm new to the area. I requested a same day appt thru their application and was able to get it within 30-45 mins. Pretty fast and easy. Every one was busy and atmosphere high paced. Parking can be challenging close to the location during busy times but not impossible. Coffee and tea provided at the waiting area. Moderately priced but the guys really take their time with each customer. I was able to explain my needs to Eric and he was able to fulfill the vision. Definitely recommend and will continue to support. read more

Walk in appointment, took 5 minutes to get started, multi language, affordable 20$ for beard trim. Young up beat environment.

Have been here twice now and it's appointment system is not guaranteed or predictable. Both times still had to wait. Also, made appointment for a $30 hair cut and they charged me $40. Cut was good but would never return due to not respecting appointment time and charging more for the haircut. $47 for a 10 yr olds hair cut is spendy not to mention they never apologized for making us wait and were actually kinda rude. Won't return or recommend! read more

TBH as a patron going there Spanish speaking is a plus. In general this place deserves a 5'stars because they do have highly skilled barbers & they provide charity back to our community through "haircut" programs for kids in need. My husband & son have been going there for many many years even through the pandemic. One of the barbers used to come to our house & cut my husband's hair. They've been around this long for a reason, because they have consistently kept highly talented barbers who understand styles. Grateful to have this quality community barber shop located in our town. read more

These dudes are seriously good at what they do. This is my second time here. Brought my son today, his hair looks good. Wife loves the cuts.

Best haircut in town I highly recommend . The environment is very chill. The guys there are very professional.

Very pleased! We'll be bring the boys back. $15 for a kid cut. Bring cash, $1.50 charge to use a card. Joe spent a lot of time (45 minutes per kid - 12 and 9 so they can hold still!) making sure the cut was right. Maybe I'm cheap, but my kids have never had this food of a cut before and it was such a great price! read more

If you want great customer service and an awesome environment, this won't scratch that itch. If you want a guaranteed incredible fade, this is your place. I've had haircuts with two barbers here and the haircut really is very good. Just be aware, no one really wears masks. If that's important to you, maybe choose a different spot. read more

Came in for a good haircut for my son, left with a good haircut. Barber was able to get my vision for the haircut, impressive, clean.

Great place for kid cuts!! Lots of attention to detail. Clean and friendly. All barbers are very talented. read more

When I walk the first time the guy ask me: Do you have an appointment ? Me: not Him : Sorry only appointment haircut. I made appointment for today 10:30am. morning my 2 year son haircut. When I get there signs for everywhere "CASH ONLY" ( yes today at end of 2019 cash only ) anyway I told to him sorry I don't have cash I will need to go to get cash. Barber: Yes go get it because the barber not here yet . At 10:40 am. What is the reason of the stupid appointments. So just leave not service and not plan to back this weird place. Totally not recommend this Barber!!! read more

Just got a cut today and it's easily the worst haircut I have ever gotten. I'm headed out quickly to a Batchelor party and noticed on the way multiple spots that were completely missed.. super disappointing! read more

I called Jefes around 5pm requesting an appointment. They said they do not do appointments, only walk-ins (which is super weird) and there's a 2 hour wait ahead of me and to head in at 7pm. I arrive at 6:50pm and they ask me if I made an appointment... I said no and they said they're booked out till Monday. When I told them about the phone conversation all of them looked around and shrugged. Terrible service would not recommend. read more

I moved recently to Monroe and chose to go to this place because of Yelp. This barbershop is very nice and they are very professional. It was very easy to book an appointment through calling them. Vino was the barber who gave me a haircut. He was very friendly and provided suggestions according to my specifications and I loved the outcome. All the staff are very friendly and I am sure I will be going back to this barbershop and I highly recommend it to anyone who want a good haircut. read more

Best barbershop in town, Joseph and the guys are all masters at what they do. Highly recommended.

I've driven pass this barber shop plenty of times, and thought to give it a try. The barber that attended me was Joe great individual and nothing but great customer service, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while giving an excellent haircut. I highly recommend giving this barbershop a try also when see Joe give him a big Hooyah! read more

Horrible! We've been going to man cave for my 3yo haircut and just wanted to try something new in case I was missing out. I had an appointment and they were an HOUR late. No apologies or anything. They barely said a word to me and the haircut was pretty shotty. Definitely going back to man cave. read more

I took my almost two year old in to get a hair cut. The lady I made an appointment with left sick but they made sure to get us in. They did a great job making sure that he was comfortable and good to go. He had a great experience. I'm sure the lollipop helped . We will definitely be back. read more

Allan did an excellent job at cutting my hair. It I went in an hour after opening hour and it took him about 45 mins to get the haircut I needed. Which was a comb-over. pros: fast pace service, haircut is cut precisely and according cons: non efficient haircut, distracted when cutting hair, better maintaining customer's liking and desire. read more

Tjis place is great. Gets very busy so make an appointment in advance. They have been cutting mine and my son's hair for a year. They are very thorough and I have never had a bad experience read more

These guys are making a great first impression overall. Easily the best barbers in the local area with less than a year in business. Pros: Precision haircuts. Great attention to detail. Good customer service (they offer free waters, sometimes snacks). All the barbers are friendly and skilled. Play area for kids and decent family-friendly music and TV. They allow walk-ins. I would have said great price but see below because things changed. Cons: Slow at times. They have a ticket system but it's not maintained so it's hard to know how long it's going to take. Price changes are a little annoying. I bragged on this place to friends because of the price. It's now $20 like pretty much everywhere else. On Thanksgiving they jacked it up $10 more to $30!! Dudes--Thanksgiving is a SALES time, not a time to price gouge. Should easily become the go-to barbershop in the area no contest if they maintain pricing at the current level and speed up their service. read more

Really, best haircut I have had in a decade. This is what a professional barber shop experience should be. Fast service, clean lines, attention to detail, and the razor work was next level. Great layout and atmosphere. Well done. read more

Dropped in for a walk in appt on 12/10/18. Luis was very welcoming and the place was professional and refreshing. There doesn't seem to be anything they can't do there. Great place if you are looking for a great cut and very reasonable price for the level of work! I will be back. read more

If you can crack the code of how to actually get an appointment or actual hair cut it's great. But mostly you'll just sit in the lobby while people with appointments stroll in. Time seems to stand still and customer service doesn't exist. read more

Good cuts, affordable and most importantly they have talented people check them out!!

I asked for a fade and just a little off the frount, and after he did that he asked if it was good and I said yha, and i asked if he could put some texture powder stuff in it, and he went on to cut another inch off the frount, idk if he dident understand what I was saying or what but it ended up being way shorter then I wanted. read more

Made an appointment for today Monday, November 18th at 5:30pm. Got there 2 barbers sitting chatting when I walked in they said they were closed. Tried to schedule a different day but had nothing in the evening for working parents. WTF! read more

3 times we have tried this place. First time crappy haircut. Second time they cut my kids skin with the razor in a couple places. Third time had an appointment for 4pm and left @ 4:40 with no haircut! Don't waist your time read more

My hairline is so bad and backed up. I heard good things about this place but to be honest it is straight garbage. My hair is too long on top with short sides when I asked for a LOW fade and I'm truly disappointed and disgusted. read more

Seriously the best haircut I've had in 20 years. To say I'm particular is an understatement. Most would say super picky. Had just about given up and accepted that I'd have to deal with lines, bad fades, and uneven cuts til I came here. Very skilled. They listen to what you want and pretty much get you there. I'm not used to getting complimented on my cut but got several in the past week. A true barber shop. Thanks Beto! read more

Not entirely sure why I thought the second time around would be any better than the first. Only giving 2 stars because they were willing to fix mistakes after my first trip. Second time I came in while in the middle of my cut the barber said, "I was not prepared for a cut likes yours this morning." Hardly reassuring to hear from the person in control of your hair. Consistency from the first to second cut was quite different, as was the level of attention paid to it. I guess you truly do get what you pay for. With that in mind, I'll stick to Man Cave across the street! read more
