I've really liked coming to this Studio 45. They have an easy free parking garage nearby, the studio is clean, and the instructors are great! I really appreciate how the instructors demo all moves and walk around and check form. Instructions are really easy to follow, too. The workout is tough, but fast-paced so the 45 minutes fly by. Studio45 in U-Village is such a great spot for a workout. The space is clean and inviting, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the instructors are super helpful and friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They make it easy for beginners to follow along but still keep the class challenging enough to really push you. The pace of the class is just right--you'll definitely work up a sweat, but it feels so good afterward. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to try lagree pilates! read more

I've enjoyed working out at Studio45 for the past several months and I'm happy to recommend it. I've enjoyed the challenge of the work outs and the support from the instructors. As someone who is anxious in going to a traditional gym, I find the Studi45 environment to be warm and welcoming to even those of a lower fitness level. Sometimes the music levels can be a little bit much, making it harder to hear the instructor's voice for transitions to the next moves. Fortunately staff will often help to direct you if you aren't sure how to do an exercise or position yourself to do it properly. The new client passes are a great way to get started if you want to try it out. Definitely would recommend booking class for several weeks at a time though, as classes often fill up quickly! read more

I have really been loving Studio 45! As a newbie to lagree I was a little hesitant to start, but my experience has been awesome. The instructors immediately made me feel welcome, and on my first day they made sure to give me a run down of the equipment. I've taken classes with a variety of instructors and they have all been amazing - from correcting your form to offering modifications, they truly care about giving you the best workout! The classes are challenging but SO fun, and you're able to work various muscle groups in the 45 minutes! Highly recommend! read more

I wanted to try out a new workout this year and was interested in trying out pilates or a similar workout. I found Studio 45 and initially tried out their new member 3-class deal and I was immediately HOOKED. To clarify, the workout itself is Lagree, more of a Pilates-inspired workout that is a bit of a higher intensity to keep your heart rate up, but I find that it was exactly the kind of workout I was hoping to incorporate into my routine. I have been attending classes at Studio 45 for almost two months now, and every week I am always looking forward to the day I attend class! The instructors are so helpful in making sure to keep an eye on your form as well as encourage you throughout the entire 45-minutes. A special shout out to instructors Kari and Marian for making it such a fun experience! Overall, I found my new favorite workout and I'm looking forward to taking more classes! read more

Studio 45 has been a literal God send to me during the past year. I have really struggled with the isolation and stress of everything that has occurred during 2020 and now subsequently 2021. I'm forced to work 100% remote now and the lack of real human interaction has been personally devastating to me. I cannot begin to truly express what a saving grace my workouts at Studio 45 have been. The owners regularly communicate about safety protocols, the studio is spotless and I feel comfortable and safe whenever I am there. I appreciate their attention to detail and their customers safety. They have demonstrated a true commitment and genuine concern for everyone who walks through the studio door and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Every time they are forced to shutdown, I can't lie, I have a mini panic attack. I'm hopeful that we've reached a point where all small business will be able to continue operating with safety measures, like the ones Studio 45 have, and that lockdowns are a thing of the past. read more

45 min quick and efficient workout. Between both studios in Fremont and uvillage they offer a lot of times throughout the day. I love hitting every muscle group and it's never the same! I was a little intimidated to sign up for classes after seeing how quickly the time slots fill up, but I called to inquire about how to approach scheduling and Sarah gave me an extremely helpful amount of information, leaving me feeling good about my decision to do the intro class packages. So far, the classes are challenging in a great way! Even after my first 5 classes, I could tell that I gained significant strength. This is one of the more approachable Lagree classes that I've taken and I love that most of the instructors will offer modifications and adjustments as needed. read more

I'm really enjoying Pilates and the instructors are great and helpful in correcting form. Parking is easy to find. Studio is a little bit on the pricier side. The facility is really clean. My one recommendation is to either get rid of the floor exercises or show an alternative move one can do without getting off the reformer. This is the only studio I've been to that has a mix of floor exercises like push ups, mountain climbers, squats, step ups and I can do that at the gym. It's tough to do floor exercises on concrete in socks and can lead to foot injury. So, I end up working out the least on this workout but overall classes are engaging. Also, the phone number for both studios goes to a google number and is never answered. So, it is difficult to switch times if it's under the 12 hour booking window. read more
