Well, my search is over. I found the right place and the right person to take care of me. Gents, look no further. Cool Heads is the place to go. I highly recommend it, the place, the customer service but on top of that the SKILLS to make you look clean, sharp and Professional are all here!! You have to try them out to understand why I feel this way! Thank you all, and Aliss !!

The stylist we got in the second chair on the right didn't introduce herself to my son at all or speak to him at all. I was told they specialized in mixed hair but the stylist got frustrated half way through and didn't even brush it out completely, she left him completely lopsided with hair everywhere. It was a terrible experience beside hanging out with the front gal!

Rylie was the first stylist in years that I actually saw exclusively. I was looking for a new look a couple years ago and she completely transformed my appearance with her eye for hair, to the extent that numerous people at work began commenting on how good it looked (and I was going to The Gents Place before that, so it's not like I wasn't already spending good money on haircuts.) Her haircutting aside, Rylie always provides a good overall experience. From the moment you walk in when she offers a soda or beer, to her generally chill attitude and pleasant conversation, to the relaxing arm/neck massage and steamed towel on your face, and even the wax-dip for your hands, I always leave feeling relaxed and recharged. Rylie is Boardroom-quality and Boardroom-service at a reasonable price. (Or perhaps I should say that Boardroom was simply elevating itself to Rylie-quality and service.) Definitely do yourself a favor and go check out Hair by Rylie.

I've been going to get haircuts from Stephanie for over 10 years now when I first moved to Addison,…read moreTX. At the time she was working for a local "chain" type barber shop in the area. She does amazing work but the scheduling was always difficult with that chain. Throughout the years I've told her she should start to branch out on her own and that being her own boss would be the best mode she made. Fast forward 10 years and she made the move and opened up her own chair at The Grooming Room. She knows what she's doing, will work with any hair style, and is flexible on her hours if need be. And she's out there making a name for herself. If you looking for a great cut that you will keep coming back to her for and great prices as well as value give her a call. You won't regret it. Keep up the great work Stephanie! Cheers Justin

In approximately 200 visits Vikki has hit the color with perfection every time. In 15 years that has changed from just a touch of grey to fixing " mostly" grey. All those years and not one bad cut. I also get a few other services, waxing, beard trims ( when I have one ) but always a facial! Gentlemen I would suggest adding the facial to your list of services on your next visit, whether Jennifer, Juliet, or Vikki all are amazing! Definitely the best part of my day. Thank you ladies ! Looking forward to the next 15 years.

The place is nicely decorated, and their thoughtful touches with the complimentary macaroons & champagne for Valentine's Day made our experience even more romantic. Staffs were friendly and our massage therapist Rosi and Carlos (sorry if I misspelled) were amazing! I think we started our session a bit late or something but they went over the hour to make sure we got the full experience. She covered all the spots I mentioned - shoulder, back, feet, and knees - we were both very impressed! I had left my jewelry in the room and they called my number to inform me immediately when we were only 8 mins away. Such great service!! I would highly recommend coming here especially for the couples massages. If you're lucky and found a Groupon deal, don't hesitant to purchase it. They are very professional and I didn't feel forced to tip xx amount - but obviously you want to make sure they get tipped well for great services :) Tip: I wanted my massage done by a lady and they told me for couple massages, you're always guaranteed to get at least one lady massage therapist and the other staff will be based on availability. We found this great deal on Groupon and totally worth it. It's nice to find a place that uses unscented lotions and oils. As of Nov 9th 2019 there is some construction going on in the parking lot. I would recommend this place to others but call to check that no construction is going on before scheduling.
