This place is a hidden gem over in Farmer's Branch. I got a Groupon deal and after reading the reviews I was a bit worried but I am not sure what experience those people had or what they were accustomed to but my Friend and I had a wonderful experience. It was clean and in the front entrance and in the back rooms. The decor was continued throughout the establishment from what I could see as I walked towards the back. The hostess was pleasant and welcoming. I wasn't treated less than because of my Groupon deal. And on top of that I was late so I expected them to shave off my time by 20min or be slightly annoyed but they were very pleasant and accommodating from beginning to end. I am big on customer service and presentation and this place gave me both. Which is why I am giving them 5 stars. I am typically a hard grader so this is wonderful coming from me. My only critique is that I had trouble finding it but I can also blame myself along with Apple Maps for this. . I believe the establishment has a different name out front but I don't remember. Lovely massage place! We went for their 60 min valentines couple massage last week before the snowstorm with our Groupon deal. Everything about the experience was excellent. The place is nicely decorated, and their thoughtful touches with the complimentary macaroons & champagne for Valentine's Day made our experience even more romantic. Staffs were friendly and our massage therapist Rosi and Carlos (sorry if I misspelled) were amazing! I think we started our session a bit late or something but they went over the hour to make sure we got the full experience. She covered all the spots I mentioned - shoulder, back, feet, and knees - we were both very impressed! I had left my jewelry in the room and they called my number to inform me immediately when we were only 8 mins away. Such great service!! I would highly recommend coming here especially for the couples massages. If you're lucky and found a Groupon deal, don't hesitant to purchase it. Husband and I had a wonderful couples massage today. I appreciate them constantly asking us on the pressure and how we are feeling throughout. We found this great deal on Groupon and totally worth it. It's nice to find a place that uses unscented lotions and oils. As of Nov 9th 2019 there is some construction going on in the parking lot. My only con was the loudness from the construction people throughout the massage. The walls were shaking too and the noise was overly distracting. We couldn't enjoy the soft music playing. I booked my Swedish massage same-day and was very excited they had availability! Decor / Ambiance : 10/10 It's so pretty inside! Everything looks classy. The rooms are also beautiful Massage: 8/10 The massage was good! My therapist adjusted to my requested pressure. My only complaint was that I specifically circled areas on the sign-up sheet that needed additional focus and they were barely worked on (neck mainly). Oh and the lotion is a little cold, which isn't what I'm use to, but it didn't really bother me! It was more like room temp. I believe his name was Juan, who greeted us and explained the process and etc. The massage itself, was the most mediocre massage I've ever received. I usually feel extremely relaxed during and after my massage but this spa was not it for me. Luckily my boyfriend enjoyed the massage as he fell asleep but for me, I could not relax as my therapist seemed to be afraid to put more pressure when I asked. However, my last experience was the reason I'm writing this review. I had an experience with a new masseuse that was not up to my standards. After the massage, my friend and I called to express our concerns to management. They were incredibly apologetic and worked with us to find a resolution that we were happy with.
