Even with her move she still delivers the same great services. Jen does not just specialize in men's hair but I've also seen her deliver phenomenal services to women and children as well. My previous hairdresser stopped working when Covid hit. I decided to schedule hair coloring, low lights and styling. Erika who normally cuts my hair, did a great job. What was very disappointing and shocking was when my hair needed to be washed - this location has two sinks and both did not work normally. Both Erika and the other stylist were forced to 'unscrew' some plumbing part, drain the water into buckets and empty somewhere. I was appalled that stylist were forced to do this plumbing job when they are professional stylists. Shame on the owner for allowing this to happen. This is a plumbing job; and it should be rectified immediately. I am giving 1 star for the salon - 5 stars for the stylist (Erika) - thank you, I love my color; you did an amazing job.
