At the Hamburg location, the nails section was all upstairs. They had relaxing music playing and the waiting room was decorated to be super modern and almost cosmopolitan glam. I didn't have to wait long. Everyone wore a mask appropriately. They had a great selection of polish. The manicure and pedicure was great. Lots of moisturizing treatments with warm gloves and paraffin wax. They offered coffee, yea, or water during the pedicure. Everything was really clean and sanitized in between clients. This experience was also on target with what you would pay at some of the local competitors, like Kim Lee or young nails and the experience was just much more elegant and relaxing.
