I honestly thought it was one of the best pedicures I had in awhile. He was not rushed at all. He took his time and massaged very well, even the individual toes. I noticed he was mentioned in a review with only 2 stars. I have to disagree. I thought he did a great job. I am also vietnamese and understand the language. I don't disclose that I can speak the language because I like to get a feel of the people and how they treat their customers. I can tell you that they seemed very nice and did not speak badly of anyone. They were actually pretty friendly with the people that came in I would definitely come back here if i was in the area.

She takes her time, listens to exactly what I want, and always does an excellent job. The atmosphere is really nice too. I love that they usually have those no-sound ASMR-style food and drink-making videos playing because they're honestly so satisfying to watch lol. They also offer complimentary drinks, including mimosas, and snacks with your service, which is such a nice touch. I only took off one star because my mom and I did have one experience with a staff member who wasn't very pleasant, and my mom's pedicure felt extremely rushed and lacked the care we expected. She paid $70 for the service and unfortunately didn't feel like it was worth the price. That being said, maybe the staff member was just having an off day. I followed my nail technician Tham from another salon to House of Hue. I liked Thams attention to…read moredetail, her work is impeccable, but she was always very rough. Cutting my nail beds in my fingers on two different occasions and also my toes on other occasions. She cut my friend's fingers too! I still went back to her, because I've had so many bad experiences with technicians doing awful work. . The last straw was on two occasions she stopped my pedicure to started another one's nails turned me over to another technician! ; I had an appointment both times and once the other customer missed her appointment and she still left me and took her! I always tip well, so I was surprised, I had to sit in the chair for a basic pedicure for 90 minutes one time and two hours another. In addition, I had noticed that Tham took out what looks like used tools from the drawer. They were not in their normal cellophane coverings or in a disinfected jar with liquid. Honestly, I never paid attention before. I'm hoping this was a one off, I called her the next day to tell her the technician did not do a good job. The first time she repaired the job and apologized it The second time when I brought it up on both occasions I texted Tham and she fixed the other nail technician mistakes. When I came in for the repair, I noticed she took out nail tools from the drawer, The second time she turned me over to the other technician I texted her again to have my toes fixed, and I mentioned that she did not use clean tools the previous time, and to make sure that they were disinfected before I come in for the repair. She sent me a text saying that , she did not have time to repair my toes. Then later on that she day, she sent me a text saying that she could repair my toes so I came in and she did not apologize and honestly, she was downright rude and she bought the tools out of their cellophane bag and said "See they they are clean ", in a contentious and considering way. She was dismissive and didn't apologize for my inconvenience but instead acted like I was the inconvenience! I know my friend had a horrible experience with her and she just didn't complain, not sure how many other people had rough cut fingers as well. Now I'm wondering if that's why she left the previous nail salon in which she was employed. I hope Than reads this and makes some adjustments in her attitude and technique. The last time the toenails were uneven, and my ingrown toenail was not removed. You can see my toe was red and inflamed. Also, my calluses were not removed on the side side of my toenail beds.
