The opal middle and garnet pedals made for a delicate and unique ring that she fell in love with. She wore it a few times and then one of the garnets fell out. She gifted me this ring after my daughter was born because she didn't have the patience to get it fixed. Once I got it, it sat in my jewelry box. When Mom passed away on 6/9 of this year I felt it was time to fix this ring. I brought it into Muellers on 8/10 and met with Amy. We discussed resizing the ring and also finding the missing garnet. She assured me she could do it! I got multiple calls from Amy relating to her search and we decided to match the color of the garnet vs matching the color and cut. Amy then recommended fixing the prongs and strengthening the other prongs to avoid further loss of the garnets. I picked up my ring today (2 days after she called and said it was ready) To say I wasn't pleased would be an understatement. This ring is so beautiful and the quality of work beyond what I could have hoped for when I brought it in. I cried with Amy because I was so overwhelmed by the entire experience; also knowing that Mom was beaming Thank you Muellers!

We loved the excitement and professional attitude they had to take great care of us and the ring. Without asking we were also educated on how to care for our ring. We left the ring feeling great about our choice and it came back in excellent shape. I'm not a big Yelp reviewer, but it felt necessary to sing their praises. Thank you Mueller Jewelers!

Review Title/Opening: Do NOT waste your money here if your jewelry has sentimental value!…read moreI try my absolute best to support and promote our local businesses, but this one does not deserve your money or your trust. I brought in a ring because I have spent years trying to solve the mystery of its maker's mark, probably over 100 hours. I asked the staff 4 or five separate times to please make sure the maker's mark was researched and identified, my understanding is this is what I was paying for and the assistant said "we will research it and it should be ready by Friday (dropped off 10am Tuesday) . I was quoted $300 for a standard turnaround, but because I didn't want to waste any more time, I paid a $400 rush fee to get answers by Friday. What did my $400 get me? Absolutely ZERO information. I am convinced the gemologist spent less than 10 minutes on my ring. Not only did they completely ignore my repeated requests to research the maker's mark, but they also failed to identify the most basic elements of the jewelry: * No metal identification (even though it has tested out as sterling silver twice before). * No stone carat size listed at all, measurement don't help me. It feels like because my ring didn't say "Tiffany" or "Cartier," this business decided it wasn't worthy of their time or professional effort. If it isn't an expensive luxury brand, they have ZERO respect for it. I am a "dog with a bone" when it comes to solving mysteries, and I will find the answers myself. But save yourself the headache, the time, and the $400. If your jewelry matters to you--whether it's Tiffany or from Avon--take it to an appraiser who actually cares about their customers and knows how to do their job. Avoid this place at all costs! PS after paying a few more bucks I actually got what I asked you for. Thanks for NOTHING! "Jenavi"

We did find 3 lead soldiers and asked for help, the ladies at the counter told is they would be right with us.
