Jan did a fantastic job on cushions for a brand new built-in bench that we have in our dining room. She was prompt in responding to our initial request for information, came to our home to meet us, measure the bench and brought fabric samples in the colors that we discussed. Her pricing was extremely reasonable - we chose to use down filling and she sewed baffles in the short direction of the cushions, rather than down the length, to hold the down more efficiently. Even with all of that work, she charged less than another upholsterer had charged for cushions made with pads that we have in another room, including the cost of the fabric (in the other example, I'd purchased the fabric separately). Her work is beautiful, high quality and she's just overall super responsive, friendly and professional. Her attention to detail is unmatched. We loved working with her!
