Being new to this process, we were very pleased with the courteous office staff who helped us get everything scheduled on time. I left the inspection confident and that was solidified by the detailed report we received early the next morning. Again, thank you so much and it was a pleasure working with you. We will be sure to recommend your services to others in the future.

Susana was such a pleasure to work with--super nice, always available, and quick to respond whenever I reached out. Danny, the inspector, was an absolute gem. He took his time, explained everything in detail, and was incredibly knowledgeable. On top of that, he was just a genuinely happy and kind person, which is rare to find these days. I loved his vibe! When I first called, the owner answered right away and provided a quote super quickly--also very nice and professional. I was so impressed with Danny that I had to call the office just to share how great he was. Inspection report was provided within just a couple of hours of Danny completing. All in all, I'd recommend this company to anyone. Truly top-notch service!

They showed up 45 minutes early which was inappropriate and they did not give us time to exit our home. We had an agreed upon signed contract to sell our home AS IS. Mike unturned very rock that he deemed necessary and placed it on his inspection report. It is obvious that he does not understand HVAC or GFCIs nor doors he know the national electric code and how it functions. We were at the closing table when he spiked our buyer with his bias report. It appears he showed up with an agenda to destroy our sell when he met us. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND MIKE OR HIS COMPANY. What a terrible inspector.

I have bought and sold 4 homes in the last 8 years and NEVER have I come across an inpsector as…read morelousy as this one. This inspector came w4 people.....I have no idea if they are licensed or not; but they each selected a portion of the house and as far as I could see; there was no communication between the inspector and the "others". One of them had the nerve to set up computer equipment, printers, etc. on my solid wood, brand new kitchen/breakfast table and scratched it. There was a granite sitdown bar top which could of held this equipment without doing damage to my property. The BIGGEST problem was that the inspector told the Buyer that we had black mold in the attic around the a/c lines. We had it ispected by an air conditioning company and there is no "black" mold. We lost our buyer because of his sloppiness. We did need to make a repair to the small unit and had that done yesterday; but it was too late. Other things he reported incorrectly: His report claimed we didn't have any splashblocks under downspouts under the gutters; when in fact, there are splashblocks under every single downspout. They also claimed that "soil levels" in front of the garage are too high. There is no soil in front of the garage, it's cement! They also claimed that the soil levels were too high in front of the brick columns to the front landscaping where it meets the front porch, when in fact there is a french drain with ROCKS......not dirt. These columns are attached to the front porch; not the foundation of the house. The inspector recommended that 4-6" of soil in the landscaping be removed. ??? Claimed there were "cracked floor tiles (plural) outside of the downstairs bedroom...... there is a tiny scratch in the very corner tile; but you cannot even feel it without using your fingernail. It's a scratch.....not a "crack" and it's certainly not tiles.....*plural"..... They also claimed there were more cracked tiles outside of the door to the garage. The garage floor is epoxy; not tile. He also put the sprinkler system down as broken. In fact, I had turned the water off because I needed to change the timer; but I realized I didn't know how to do it and ended up turning all zones on at the same time and so I turned it off......but he wasn't listening. Every time I tried to talk to him; he laughed at me. He appeared to me to think women were stupid. Example: We have a "dry bar" in the butler's pantry; NO WATER.....but I have a Keurig coffee pot on the counter......he counted that room as part of the kitchen; when I asked him why he said "Well, YOU put a coffee pot in there".......???? I couldn't believe the rudeness and sexist and mysoginist attitude of this man. My husband is out of the state working and could not be here. He said he would prefer if the man of the house was here. What????? He was very condensding and it seemed he thinks all women are stupid. The owners prior to us had taken the third tandem garage and built walls & added a door and made an air conditioned workshop; we wanted it converted back to a garage, which they did and it was re-inspected...but this inspector disregarded this and instead said that it appeared that we had done "repairs" to the ceiling in the garage which we could be trying to hide water damage. We have already lost our buyer...........we intend to hire our own inspector to come behind and go over every single line item to determine what is right and what is wrong, and then I am going to file a complaint with the state and local governments. We purchased this house 14 months ago. We had it thoroughly inspected and the only issue was a coil in the upstairs unit needed to be replaced and there was a small area of flashing that needed to be nailed down. That's it........ This "inspection" business is subject to the biases of each individual inspector, instead of going by a set of rules. This cost us a $435,000.00 sale. By the way, this guy isn't even listed with the Better Business Bureau. To me, that's a red flag right away. Recommendation: JUST SAY NO!!!!!! Call Chad Ware......we've used him twice. He's very reputable.

The inspection included running all appliances and equipment, visual inspection of all accessible areas including attic and grounds, drone inspection of the roof and thermal imaging. I was present at the time of inspection and the inspector, Steve McCaddon, took time to discuss at length any apprehensions I had about the home. Texas Inspection also sub-contracted a septic inspector, Art Byrd who not only provided an inspection of the system but also provided a comprehensive set of guidelines to maximize the life of the septic. I've never reviewed anything so quickly but I was that impressed with the service provided. Darin Noles is probably one of the most detailed oriented, organized working professionals I've ever met. Hes very technical and goes through every part of the house, exterior and interior in order to draw the best conclusion on the state of the property. After the inspection, he will give you a highlight of any major callouts, which was crucial for me as I am buying an older home. On top of that, if you are at the property he will quickly put up a slide-by-slide visual presentation of his findings, so you get a general idea of what to expect before he delivers you the report (which is given either that day or the next morning, very fast turn around - our report was given to us within 4 hours of the inspection, which ended at 6 PM). The shingles look brand new. Even the shingles under my solar panels are clean. I'm very happy with that part of the job. Unfortunately, i'm taking off one star because the runoff from the cleaning agent definitely killed some of my grass. There's a line of brown grass running the perimeter of the house where the eaves drained off the cleaner. There are also two large spots of completely dead grass where the roof converges at angles and poured large amounts of cleaner. The website says they protect the vegetation, so I don't know why this happened. But I don't know anything else that could have caused this.
