Just had our carpets cleaned again with Mark. What makes their service so good, other than clean carpets, is the fast drying. Today, Mark was here at 10am, done at 11:30 for three rooms, and dry by 2pm. They are the best. read more

This was my first time using this company, but after reading the reviews, I was not at all worried. They were communicative and professional from when I initially called them to inquire about their services. They showed up earlier than expected and got the job done. The results were amazing and the carpet dried in no time. Koen was kind, professional and fantastic job getting all the stains out of the carpet from 2 cats. The carpet looks better than when we moved in! I would highly recommend! The best part? No upselling!! read more

We had Mark come out to clean our area rug yesterday. It hadn't been cleaned in 3 years and was a disaster! He made the rug look brand new. This is the first time I have used Stuart Cleaning and will definitely use them again -- very easy to do busness with, worked within our schedule, arrived on time and most of all, did an excellent job. Thank you. read more

This review is long overdue. We have been using Stuart Quick Dry for many, many years and have always been more than satisfied! Mark and April provide consistently outstanding customer service. April typically answers the phone and sets the reservation, then Mark comes to do the job. We have used them for carpet and upholstery cleaning and the results always exceed our expectations. They do a great job and like the name says, the carpets dry quickly! We appreciate family-run businesses like this that take pride in their work and value their customers. We highly recommend this business! read more

A really great company, we've used them several times. Shawn, the tech was able to do a Great job on a patch under the bed that we didnt even know was there until we moved the bed. Earlier this year we had a leak in plumbing pipe and didn't realize it had soaked into some cardboard on picture frames, stashed under the bed. Frame backs mildewed and left a terrible stain. Shawn did the best job he could and we were satisfied. Its under the bed so we aren't upset. No more stashing under the bed! read more

When my husband and I lived in a condo in Oaks North in Rancho Bernardo, we had Stuart Quick Dry clean our carpets and we were very happy with the outcome. Well, we ended up having a manufactured home built and moved to a mobile home park in Santee. Since I had waited a bit too long to finally get the carpets cleaned, especially since our little Grandson had made his presence known in the dining and living room areas, I was concerned as to whom I would call to get those stains out. I decided to call Stuart Quick Dry again and I am SO glad I did. April was very helpful answering all my questions, giving us the discount that was on their site, and being honest about drying times and what to expect. Remember how I said I was concerned? Donnie, the young man who cleaned our carpeting did a great job and it turned out fine and, in spite of having it done in September, we used April's suggestions and everything was dry within about 2 to 3 hours. I would highly recommend them! Oh, and the price seemed quite reasonable for the amount of carpeting we had cleaned! read more

I had my carpets cleaned today. This family owned company is wonderful. They are super nice people. My carpet looks really good and dries much faster than all the other companies. Their price is great as well. I highly recommend them! read more

We tried Stuart Carpet cleaning for the first time recently and I have to say we could not have been happier with the experience. Mark, the owner, was the one who came out. He arrived on time, checked everything out and went right to work. A fantastic job. Our carpet has never been cleaned so well. The job was done as quoted with no attempt to upsell us on additional services. A nice change from other carpet cleaning services we have used. What a great company. We highly recommend them and will be using them for any carpet cleaning needs we have in the future read more

I am so pleased with the carpet cleaning job I just had by Cameron. Ask for him. Maybe every technician is as good as he is. My carpet was like a neglected child who had played in the mud. It really needed a cleaning and I wasn sure I wanted anyone to see it. As my husband would say, "You don't hire a carpet cleaner when your carpet is perfectly clean.. This was my Christmas gift to me with lsuper help from Cameron and The Stuart company. Sand Claws) read more

Mark cleaned my carpets a few months ago and they still look great! April and Mark are fabulous!

I have used Stuart's carpet cleaning several times since moving into a recent home purchase which left much to be desired as far as cleanliness. Stuart's has cleaned all carpeted areas very much to my delight. Fantastic work. My phone calls were received promptly and scheduled easily. Promptly on the appointed day, the technician arrived and set to work. Everyone with whom I had any contact have been most professional and very pleasant. This is the company to use for cleaning. read more

Mark to the rescue! I needed 2 unidentified stains (don't ask hahaha) gone out of the carpet the same day I called, before the appraiser comes. I called them, and I saw that I did business with them 2 years back for all the floors to be cleaned. Mark came showed up, pre-treated the stain, cleaned, and was finished in 30 minutes flat! No frills and nice couple too! Thanks guys, I will use you again the next time I need your cleaning services! read more

My carpets look good, there was no deodorizer so i honestly had a wet carpet smell for almost a full daydrying only took 2-3 hours though. so LOTS of febreeze. LOTS!!!!! to get rid of the smell but they got some difficult stains out. I do prefer the ones where they have the handle to the truck outside it might be all in my head but it feels cleaner but for some good points: 1. i got an appointment the next day 2. it took just over an hour 3. can swipe your CC on their phone ( $5 fee though) but i never got a call to say they were on my way so my dogs were all at the front door. I always ask for a phone call so i can corral the dogs into the back yard that was kinda grr. I was about to call to see where the guy was since it was almost 20 mins past my appointment window but seriously not a big deal.the guy was nice and professional. oh forgot to mention 5 area special for $119 read more

I thought I would support a small business so I called and scheduled with Stuart Quick Dry. I have a small 2 bedroom house - 3 areas to be cleaned. I was quoted $99. It was $149 plus the iPad asked for a tip. Things looked good at the finish but 5-6 hrs later NOT 3 the stains were back. No furniture moving and in fact the chairs from the dining table were not even returned to position. At the time I was recovering from surgery and I called a couple weeks later. Days later I received a voice mail message - no apology just " return my call." This was the worst carpet cleaning service I have ever had. read more

Excellent carpet cleaning! I am a repeat customer. Mark is the best. He worked diligently to make our carpeted stairway look amazing, and cleaned an off-white area rug so that it looked like new. He also cleaned my Mom's home with tile throughout. He does great work, and the price is always reasonable. I highly recommend Stuart Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning! read more

My carpet was in need of a good cleaning. The traffic areas were looking pretty bad. I looked on Yelp for quick dry cleaning and this company had plenty of 5 star reviews. I called on a Friday hoping to schedule for Saturday. They were able to come out the same day. John the tech called 1/2 an hour before the scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way. The price quoted on the phone was the price I was charged. The carpet dried quickly and I moved my furniture back later that night. 5 stars for how the carpet looks and for the customer service I received! read more

I sent an email inquiry because we desperately needed to have our couches and chairs cleaned after my husband forgot to cover our furniture during our floor and kitchen demo and remodel. I received a very prompt response from April who gave me the quote and even told me about a coupon that they currently had. Communication prior to their arrival was great, they called twice to confirm their arrival time. Once Mark arrived, he was very professional and friendly. He did a superior job cleaning our filthy couches. After letting them air dry yesterday I sat on them this morning and they felt great!! You can feel the difference in the fabric and there is no residual smell, they just feel so clean! Like brand new! I will recommend Stuart Quick-Dry to all of my friends and family in San Diego, they truly exceeded my expectations! read more

I used this company after I saw their ad in the Get 1 Free magazine. I researched all the companies advertising and read all the Yelp reviews. Took me hours to settle on this company. I was able to get a last minute appointment for a Saturday afternoon. Jason was perfectly punctual and very friendly. My favorite part was that he vacuumed the carpet prior to cleaning and all I had to do was move anything I wanted him to clean under. My only complaint is that this was the second time my carpets have been cleaned (first time with this company) and certain corners still smell like cat urine even though I mentioned it to both companies. Oh well - my old cat was nasty and you can't smell it unless you put your face down there (or am I just too used to it now?). I'm sure Jason tried his best because the urine is really old and is probably in the pad. My carpets look fantastic though. Unfortunately 5 days after being cleaned my 3 year old threw up in the middle of the office and then peed in his bedroom 30 minutes later. Kids and pets - not sure if I'll have either again! Definitely recommend this business and will continue to use them. Thanks! read more

I would 100% recommend this business to family and friends. My family had an amazing experience. Their customer service was caring from the first phone call. Cameron our technician was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He cleaned two bedrooms in our home and removed the spots out of both. He also made sure to give us a call ahead of time to communicate and keep us updated. We will be using this company in the future. Thank You Stuart Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning ! read more

We had our carpets cleaned by Stuart Quick Dry in July 2015, and the reason I have taken so long to post a review is that I wanted to make sure the stain removal was permanent. We have had experience with other carpet-cleaning companies when the carpets looked great--at first--but after a while "ghost" stains reappeared. In this case the stains are still gone, and we couldn't be happier. Jason did a great job, and was able to remove the great number of stains that had accumulated over many years. (I am embarrassed to say how many!) Jason was very gracious about helping us move some of our furniture and he never tried to upsell us. When he finished, we were concerned that the carpet would not dry quickly because there was a freak rainstorm that day. But we left the house for a couple of hours after he was finished, and when we got back the carpet was almost completely dry, with no odor at all. We chose Stuart Quick Dry because their process is safe for our pet birds, and because of all the great reviews we saw on Yelp. One thing you should know though, is that after the carpet dried it felt like it had a little residue on it. But that disappeared after vacuuming, so it's all good. We highly recommend them and plan to use them again. And this time we won't wait so long to get our carpets cleaned! read more

Wow!!!! I have tried a lot of companies in the past. Steam cleaning to organic. I called three companies to get a quote because my carpet is older steam cleaning tends to bring up the stains from the padding. All three companies were about the same price wise, but Stuart Quick dry was by far the most helpful and courteous on the phone. April explained everything to me and was able to get a technician out quickly even during the holidays!! After 5 days, my carpets look amazing, no stains pop read more

What a FIND! Vet tells us our dog is having allergy probs and wondered if we might need to have our carpets cleaned. So went to Yelp to search for carpet cleaners. Called one of the "As seen on TV" major companies and they LOST ME with "How many stairs to you have? if more than 15 we charge you more" Needless to say I had 16. Called Stuart Quick Dry and spoke with April (who is just lovely!) Got a great price...then added my moms little unit and even added our office since he was going to be in Encinitas that day anyway. All 3 are FABULOUS! In fact, dare I say that my family room that always has a rather worn area in front of the couch looks BRAND NEW! NO OTHER CARPET CLEANER has gotten that area as clean. Give them a call, you will not be sorry. Good job, very courteous and I just can't say enough about them. Our office (The Encinitas Chamber of Commerce) gives the 2 thumbs up! read more

I've had some bad experiences with other carpet cleaning companies, so I figured let's give this one a try. I'm glad I did! I have off white berber carpet, which for anyone who has berber carpet knows it seems to trap the stains and is kinda hard to clean. I have a 4 year old, two dogs and a husband (lol) so the carpets take a pretty good beating. They were honestly terribly stained with random spots everywhere. I believe the guy who came to clean the carpets was the owner. He was on time and did a great job. The carpets for the most part looked brand new. He was quick but thorough. We'll be using this company again for our carpet cleaning needs. read more

They did a good job with the bedroom carpet and stairs and at a fair price. The only things I wish they would have done differently was: 1. show up during their estimated time of arrival. The tech showed up 30 minutes past the estimated time frame. 2. I wished they had communicated about the closet carpeting... they didn't include it in the service and I wish they had or at least let me know they were going to skip it. I would have gladly paid an additional fee to have the closets done if they had communicated that prior to me finding out after the guy left. On a positive note; they were able to schedule me quickly (next day) and their quoted price was upheld. read more

Stuart Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning - This area had a couple of urine stains from my chihuahua, and it now looks like brand new carpet, and the stains are gone! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

My house was built in 1960, and the sale listing described a "luxurious den" added on in 1970. Every detail was said to be period correct, down to the "ruby red" carpet. The reality turned out not to be quite as deluxe. Of particular concern were the large mysterious stains dotting the carpet, as if the Brady Bunch all lounged around (in luxury) after some mud wrestling. Spot cleaning and my vacuum cleaner proved to be unworthy opponents. See also: my wallet vs. professional carpet cleaning. I flipped through one of those coupon books that comes in the mail, and spotted a pretty sweet deal from this company. $79 for up to 900 sq. feet of carpet scrubbin'. You could pay an extra $79 to have 'em do the same for your couch. I gave them a call on Saturday, and they scheduled an appointment for that Tuesday. Mark, the owner, did the work himself. He was on time, charged exactly what I was quoted, and cleaned two big rugs for no extra charge, since the den didn't meet the maximum size allotment. (He also kicked in a free bottle of the carpet cleaner that he used.) But the kicker is how incredibly clean he got things. Wow! I can now see the gemlike qualities in that red carpet. (And the couch - which is also vintage - is actually a seafoam green color. I had...no idea.) Highly recommended! So incredibly pleased! read more

I live in a apartment complex on the second floor. I called to make sure they were able to clean carpets in apartments and to my happy surprise they were. The next day Mark showed up on time (Called before hand to let me know he was on his way). He cleaned a large sectional couch and three rooms in my apartment that my new puppy has caused havoc on. He was done within an hour and a half and I couldn't be happier. My couch looks and smells brand new and my carpets are tan and not black! Great pricingn too. My large sectional was $150 and the three additional rooms $79. I would highly recommend this company. read more
