Do not use. Ever. Complete frauds…read more Apparently there is no longer a San Diego Carpet Cleaning so this review is for the company that is responding to the phone line on the San Diego Carpet Cleaning website (858) 800-2426. The carpet cleaning business in San Diego is seriously messed up. I received a ValPak coupon from San Diego Carpet Cleaning last week and went to the website (sandiegocarpetclean.com) to check them out. I called the number listed on the website (858) 800-2426 and set up an appointment for yesterday 8/2/2022. I told the technician who came to clean the carpets that I had a coupon (from ValPac) and tried to show it to him - $125 for a whole house cleaning up to 2,000 square feet. He said it cost more for shampoo and deodorizing and quoted me an initial cost of over $400!! I said let's drop a room; that's too pricey. His final price was $329 for 3 small rooms, hallway, and 15 steps. I stupidly agreed to it. When the technician was finishing up, my husband looked at my coupon again and said, the $125 price says it includes shampoo and deodorizing! He showed it to the technician who said he had to call his supervisor. I received a call from a dispatcher saying she would take my email and get back with me. In the meantime the technician bolted. He did not leave me with any receipt or any proof of service and left my front door open on the way out!!! (BTW, I had asked him while he was working if he was a independent-contractor who was hired by the company and he said, No, he worked for the company. He was an employee.) Needless to say, no one from the "company" called me back today. So I called the number i had from the ValPac coupon. The gentleman who answered said that San Diego Carpet Cleaning has gone out of business and the calls must be going to another company! He never sent anyone to clean my carpets yesterday! I then called the telephone number in the text I'd received from the "carpet care" company when they confirmed my appointment and spoke with another dispatcher. When I asked for the company name she said it was Green Carpet Care! She said that they don't have coupons and the technician who did the carpet cleaning yesterday is a new contractor. He has his own business!! So I was dealing with a company whose name does not match their website; whose ACTUAL website doesn't exist; (at least I could not find it anywhere); who sent me an independent cleaner/owner whom I would have vetted thoroughly if I had known he was NOT their employee - this is a serious safety issue; who permitted their subcontractor to seriously overcharge me; who never contacted me yesterday to explain what was going on; and who seems unconcerned about misleading customers.... Everything about this smacks of lies and fraud. The BBB is my next step. Along with a call to ValPac!

My boyfriend and I recently moved and were deciding between my couch and his couches. I lost that…read morebattle! However, the trade off can't with the agreement that we give the couches a deep cleaning. With kids, who knows the things that could possibly be living in there! We initially reached out to a well-known carpet cleaning company. Unfortunately, it didn't work out since we didn't have a hose connection on or property and they didn't have the portable cleaning machine. Womp womp. I did a good ol' Yelp search and created a project for my couch cleaning needs. John was the first to reach back out with a quote and was super responsive! I like to move quickly especially with getting these couches cleaned. I did a pre-clean myself and it was intense so John had his work cut out for him. The first pass through made more of the dirt come out...scary! But he was honest and said if it still was there after it dried, he'd come back and clean it. It smelled great, but it was still a bit stained. John was kind enough to come back and do another pass for no additional charge! Second time's a charm! He did a great job and honestly, it was John's customer service and honesty that sold me! I am glad I can support a small local business, and with kids, I will definitely be using his services again in the future!

The reps I've worked w are Denise and Kevin, which both are amazing and super responsive. I call or email to set up scheduling and they work fast and the crew always cleans up behind them. My appts are always on time. The work is always done right. They ask for every single detail when scheduling to make sure it's done right and that there is no back and forth. If there's an emergency, and nothing is available, I ask for updates if there are any cancellations and sometimes I'm just so lucky that there is, I feel like I'm always first in line. Although I never met them, the phone reps seem to always remember me which is awesome (Mireya)! The ONLY thing that might have room for improvement is the billing. I wish I received my invoices faster, since CA only gives us 21 days to complete a move out and send invoices to the past tenant. But I just ask for the invoice and they send it to me within 24-48 hours. Their crew members are pretty great! They work hard and know what they're doing. I had to replace carpet in an occupied unit and the resident could not get over how friendly the guys were and how quick. And especially that they cleaned up after themselves.

Jason: The Best Carpet Cleaner and Floor Guy to the Rescue…read more We have been using Jason for a couple of years, and every time he comes, he transforms our carpets (at home and in our offices); however, I felt compelled to write a review to share how I continue to be overwhelmed with gratitude for Jason always going above and beyond. Not only does he work wonders on our carpets, but these past couple of days, he stepped in as a true hero when our furry family member had an unexpected health issue. Jason's extraordinary compassion, quick response, and genuine care transformed a challenging situation into an incredibly heartwarming experience. When my husband reached out to Jason, without hesitation, he rearranged his busy schedule to come to our rescue. We were not only worried about the stains and odors but also concerned about the safety of my elderly mother, as the buckling of the floor had become a safety issue, as there was just too much pee in the carpet padding that affected the underlying hardwood floors. As soon as Jason arrived, his warm smile and comforting presence instantly put us at ease. He understood the distress it caused and reassured us that everything would be taken care of. He then got right to work by skillfully pulling up the carpet, replacing the padding, and diligently fixing the buckling problem. The transformation was truly remarkable. Not only did Jason make the carpets look beautiful, but he also ensured a secure and stable flooring surface. The peace of mind it brought us, especially in regard to my mother's safety, cannot be overstated. He went above and beyond, treating and cleaning the affected areas. I also continue to be in awe of not only Jason's technical prowess but also the genuine care he ALWAYS shows towards our furry family members. Being an animal lover, this was something I noticed the first time he came. His authentic love for animals was evident in every interaction, and especially this time, with our dog's health issues, brought us immense comfort. I CANNOT RECOMMEND JASON ENOUGH. His exceptional skills, coupled with his kindness and compassion, make him a true hero. He not only saved our carpets but also provided solace and support when we needed it the most. With Jason, you can trust that your carpets will be in good hands, and he will tell you if the stain will come back so you always know what to expect. He is very honest and hardworking.
