After much research I found a highly qualified oral surgeon, Dr. Paul Weinstein in Jupiter/ Palm Beach Gardens. After a consultation/ x-rays I felt good about Dr. Weinstein. He has impressive qualifications and didn't push a bone graft (like another dentist I went to) or pad the bill with unnecessary procedures.
