I purchased the beef links, hot chubbys, and the homemade weiners. That night, I had it all on the smoker. Everything was delicious. I found the weiners very dense and meaty, but heavy on salt content. I tried marinating them, to tone the salt down a bit, but to no avail. I'll be boiling the next batch to see if that helps.
