Not knowing where the shut off valve to stop the water I went to my neighbor for help. Once we got that shut off I called my daughter and son in law for help with the clean up all the water. My next problem was who to call. I reached out to my insurance agent and she recommended Shelly Brown and her company The Flood Medix. Shelly came over on a Sunday, assessed the situation and got to work. Shelly recommended a plumber to fix the broken pipe. It was a time that we were having very cold freezing temperatures. After the pipe was repaired she brought in equipment to dry my floor without have to tear up my kitchen as was told to me had to be done by another company who planned on charging me at least 5 times more then The Flood Medix for doing the same job. I would recommend Shelly and her company for any water problem. She was my hero. Diane Woodfin
