We thought "this is a cool setup, let's go in". I was able to taste the GSM blend that both smelled and tasted fantastic. The woman pouring the wine was super nice and very knowledgeable about the company and it's history and why it's called 9 hats. Even though we only had a short time to visit, 9 Hats made a great impression on me and we will return here for a longer visit next time.
