My best friend and I came here for a wine tasting with candy that they do for the month of October and we absolutely enjoyed it. The combination of each candy paired very well with each wine. A fantastic winery located on the main strip in Bainbridge. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. There are different flights to choose from starting at $15. If you want to splurge, go for the reserve tasting as it was delicious. The space is small but comfortable for a tasting and there is a few spaces outside if it's sunny out. We tried both the reserve tasting and the standard, pick 5, tasting. Their award winning wines were definitely standouts. We had the best service when booking our visit for a large group, and decent service when we visited. The guy helping us really tried to help our group of 12. However, he was the only one working, and it was pick-up weekend for their wine club. We liked being able to taste the different wines, although it was a bit hard to have a relaxing time when we needed to keep getting in line to get our next taste. I recently visited Eleven Winery on a day trip to Bainbridge Island. This was just a short 10-minute walk from the ferry. My friend and I stopped in, and both enjoyed the build your own wine flight of 5 for $15. The tasting was very affordable, and the wines were good. There was a good variety of wines available to taste. We chose a seat at the bar. Eleven Winery has about 10 seats at the bar as well as about 6 seats along the windows inside and a small patio in the back. This place can get busy as it is a quaint space. We were greeted by Cole who was very welcoming and knowledgeable about all of the wines throughout our tasting. I would recommend stopping in while visiting Bainbridge Island! read more

We wanted to do some wine tasting while we were at Bainbridge Island, and this spot came up during my search. The counter seats we all taken, but luckily for us, one couple was just leaving and offered us their seats. A female staff came over and explained their tasting briefly. The tasting was very affordable, and we were excited to try their wines. While we were waiting for her come back to put in the order for 5 wines, few more people left, and more people came in and sat next to us. The staff explained everything to them before she came back to us. So, most of us were getting the wines at the same time. The interesting thing was, the female staff was giving detailed explanation to others, while she was really blunt with us. At first, I thought it was the way we were dressed (we were not in fancy attire), but then, as I looked around, everyone was in t-shirts, jeans, and sneakers. The only other thing I could think of, was that I was the only non-white customer. I am not sure that was the reason why she was treating us so differently from other customers, but I surely did not appreciate the way she treated us. I've had many wine tastings in my life, and this one was the first wine tasting I didn't enjoy. read more

My friend wanted to go here, so this review is based off what she ordered as I didn't get anything here. Our hostess was very nice and gave great recommendations. You could tell he was super busy though as he was the only one servicing all the guests. Each time my friend wanted a new tasting, she had to eagerly flag him down so he would stop by our table. Nevertheless, my friend was pleased with quite a few of the choices she received. She preferred the reds over the whites and said the pouring was quite generous in amount. read more

Quaint little winery on the island of Bainbridge, just a short ferry ride from downtown Seattle. Stopped in for relief from the nippy weather outside and was greeted with a bright & light decor, smiling bartender, and happy guests. Space is limited in the small footprint of this storefront so be prepared for it to get packed with only 10 people sitting around the bar. The sounds of conversations echo throughout (sometime's this made the atmosphere lively, but most of the time it just made it more difficult to have a conversation with my friend.) The wine in itself was pretty good, but the service was a bit lacking. Not because the bartender wasn't friendly & willing, but because the influx of people of this particular afternoon were a bit too demanding for one people to go at it alone. My friend & I both decided to purchase a wine as a gift and it took half an hour just to put those orders in! I would love to come back on a quieter afternoon or atleast on a better staffed to so I can experience in full all this winery has to offer! read more

We went after their award winning wines (both red and white), honestly there wasn't a single wine that had a lasting impression. There is something to say about service too, the hostess while not really rude wasn't perhaps the warmest to us. She didn't really offer any recommendations or ask us about our taste as she was doing with the other guests. I guess we didn't fit her mold of guests that she wanted at her establishment. I doubt I'll ever visit Bainbridge again, but if I do, I won't be coming back here. Service above everything. An additional star because it's really cheap, 5 tastings for $10 is a steal in comparison to the Napa/Sonoma or Finger Lakes. read more

During my day trip to Bainbridge Island, I stopped in for wine tasting. Eleven winery is conveniently located close to the terminal ferry,local restaurants and shops. I decided to do a flight tasting of their reserve wine. I'd have to say their wine is phenomenal and nothing like I've ever tasted. As I went through my flight, I was trying to figure out how many bottles of wine I'd like to take home. All of the wines I tasted were great but my favorites were: the prodigy and Lemma. Excellent experience and the staff working that day was excellent and very friendly! He spent time explaining the wines to us and chatting with us about Hawaii. Definitely worth the visit and we hope to be back soon for more wine! read more

This was our 2nd stop at our Bainbridge adventure. This was most definitely better than the Little winery down the street. This place had air conditioning, it looked so much cleaner, there was a little chess board to play with. Not many seats though. Just a corner table and a wrap around bar area. They do have a clean bathroom which was nice. They didn't have any food or snacks like the other place but I really enjoyed myself here more. The choices of wine were much better and the menu had descriptions of the different wines for us New to the wine game. The lady there that was serving us was such a doll! Very attentive even if she was the only one there. Def recommend to stop by for a glass of wine or 7$ wine flights for 5 tastes. What a steal! read more

Small place for wine tasting...waited for some seats, then the people who came in snatched our seats. Employees didn't do a good job regulating that, they saw and just apologized and thought we wanted to stand the whole time... okay... whatever, after that it was pretty decent. We eventually found a seat but there was a bee buzzing around the window, we told them and they didn't do anything. Had to move again and finally got the Simpsons chess table. Another group got the bee table and then there were 2 and they complained as well and the staff finally took a cup and safely removed the bees...hmmm.... I guess we Californians are spoiled with good wine (Napa, Sonoma, etc) because the basic tasting wines were disgusting. Rose tasted bad, so did the Syrah... It was like the cheapest of the cheapest. Should have gone for the special reserve tasting... We had to drink some with our nose plugged and seriously considered pouring some out...The only thing we found good was the dessert wine that came in the little chocolate cup, maybe because we couldn't taste the wine?
