I am still feeling the glute and hamstring burn. The studio is clean, the equipment was in great condition and I loved that Mariana was sanitizing everything before we walked into our class. All of the instructors are very friendly and they ask if anyone has injuries or any areas of concern before they start the class. Also, each instructor has an individual program. Each instructor customizes a program and associated music for the content they have scheduled. Before…read morecommitting, we specifically asked about freezing memberships, since I was caring for my mother with stage 4 cancer. They assured us we could freeze at any time. Unfortunately, just one week later I had an emergency appendectomy, so we froze our membership. Three months after that, I needed back surgery--and this time, they refused to freeze it. Instead, they told us to quit because it "wasn't worth" paying $25 a month to hold the membership. We were still charged for the following month and lost all of those classes. On top of that, even when we tried to book classes, most were already full, making it extremely difficult to use the membership we were paying for. One of our very first classes was accidentally booked as one of the hardest levels. We didn't know, and no one guided us. Instead of supporting us, the instructor called me out in front of everyone, embarrassed me, and then went to the front desk to yell at the staff member--again, in front of my husband and other clients. This studio is not about helping people--they're all about money. Between the lack of compassion, unprofessional behavior, and the difficulty of even getting into classes, this was a deeply disappointing experience.

The class itself was challenging (definitely going to be sore!), upbeat and the perfect mix of incorporating core, arms and legs. Delaney was a great instructor and made things fun. When I arrived it turns out that it was only for Frisco and Plano residents, so I had to pay $30.00. I live in Richardson which is just as close to Plano as Frisco is. So it gave me that Frisco/Plano elitist vibe in terms of management style. All about the money and status.

We tried out a free class and actually enjoyed it a lot! First time trying yoga and first time…read moretrying a class in a sauna room. The rooms were very clean and felt very relaxing to be in. The rooms do get pretty hot but everything is adjustable and you can easily step outside to cool down if needed. There's many different rooms and classes you can sign up for and they even have a small section with weights and machines to work out in. You do need to get a membership to come in 24/ hrs. You can also do a day pass or a non commitment month pass but they can get quite pricy. I would definitely come here again and would reccomend to anyone who can afford it and likes to work out and exercise a lot. You can try it out up to 3 classes free before committing. If I could afford it I would definitely join.
