I love that they have the 'STAGE' bikes - the same bikes as I have at my work so I walked right in, signed in up front and clipped in. The bikes do not have the data on them but that was fine by me. They do have cycle shoes if that is something you need as well as lockers and showers. One of the studios is all cycle then the other room is the Pilates megaformer classes. I'd love to come check out a Pilates class here for the next time. You can pick and choose which class to try for the day which is great. I think the location for this one is important and it is quite popular among folks in Southlake. I love the concept of working out in a heated environment--it makes me sweat like never before, and I feel great afterward. The sessions are short but effective, so it fits perfectly into my busy schedule. What I'm really enjoying is keeping up with my streak. There's something motivating about consistently hitting my workouts and seeing my progress over time. It's a small challenge I look forward to every day.
