He knows how to connect with other people, meet them where they are in their fitness goals, and push them a little further every time. What makes him different from other trainers is his background in exercise science. It allows him to explain things in a way that are easy to understand. I also appreciate Zack's response time when I need something. Communication is definitely a strength for him. Finally, I also feel that Zack genuinely cares for his clients. He not only teaches them to grow in strength and agility, but he teaches them to grow confidence in themselves. Perhaps that is one of the greatest gifts you can ever give someone. I am thankful to have Zack as my personal trainer.

Outside: - Parking lot is a free for all - Constant car break-ins, large groups gathered, litter everywhere, the smell of marijuana clear throughout, poorly lit, generally not safe. Your little signs to lock up your items don't work PF! - even strike-n-spare got the hint and put up speed bumps, not PF. So yield to cars because they don't stop - No monitoring of handicap spots being used, good luck if you're old or not able bodied Inside: - 99% men in cutoff shirts slamming weights and yelling on the phone - TVs don't work on treadmills - TVs in the common area are reruns of old shows, they won't put it on sports! We have taken photos of my progress every two weeks and I'm glad we did because while the scale didn't move much I could see my body transforming before my eyes. I have tried classes with others in the past and every time I felt like I couldn't move the next day. Lauren very quickly helped me overcome my hamstring issues, to the point that I was able to run a half marathon weeks later. I hadn't been able to run without hamstring pain flaring up in my training for 5 years. It could be coincidence, but I doubt it. The more challenging rehab was the shoulder. I have rotator cuff issues and experience pain when getting into a lifting routine, within a couple days to a week usually. Lauren was able to pinpoint exact areas of imbalance or weakness so that we could build them up. Over the course of a couple months, I saw great improvement in strength with these muscles, and a major reduction of pain. She also taught me how everything works together and sorts certain functions, so I understood the root cause of my pain and inflammation, and now have tools to combat it in the future. I'm now able to do much more with regards to my shoulder, without the major discomfort I previously had. This was a really big win for me. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, Lauren is super down to earth and has a great sense of humor, which added tremendously to the experience. I definitely recommend this location for injury rehab.
