I highly recommend Marble Method. I have had an ongoing YMCA membership for years but never went…read morebecause I did not feel like I knew what to do to get my body fit. Nobody at the Y ever reached out to encourage my participation or hold me accountable. I just turned 40 and I decided that I want to be more fit. The Marble Method is helping me get there. I have several injuries (knee, shoulder, wrist) as well as diastasis recti that I have to be careful not to worsen and the trainers are all about injury prevention and stress good form. They also emphasize core which also helps with injury prevention. The trainers make novices like me feel comfortable and they teach and correct form as often as is needed. There are all levels of fitness in the community and all the other members have all been super encouraging. Something must have clicked because I went 4 times my first week and I am actually looking forward to going to workout. I want to reach my own fitness goals and I feel like I found the right gym and the right trainers to get me there.
