I called this location to question an annual fee that I was never made aware of. The representative…read moreI spoke with was openly rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and spoke in a condescending manner. When I stated that I was unaware of this substantial fee, he responded, "You should know to read the fine print, and it's not our problem if you didn't." This response was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. He then put me on hold and then returned to inform me that he had canceled my membership. I never asked for my membership to be canceled, I was simply seeking clarification regarding a charge. When I questioned this action, he was dismissive and refused to apologize. I then requested to speak with a manager. Instead of properly transferring me, he placed me on hold and slammed down the phone. I then spoke with a manager named Morgan, who failed to acknowledge the inappropriate conduct, my frustration, or the wrongful cancellation of my membership. Rather than addressing the issue, I was spoken down to and told I should be more responsible about reading fine print. While that may be true, I refuse to take part in a company that treats their customers this way. I'd stay away.

This is a women's fitness studio with trainers who are encouraging and supportive. There are…read moreclasses that focus on different muscles and the workouts change each month. The trainer will walk you through the exercises at the beginning of each class and then they'll turn up high energy playlists for warm ups and the workouts. There are four sections that you rotate between, each section has at least two exercises. So if you end up dreading one of the sections, you're only there for a few minutes. The trainers will take the time to help you with the exercises if you're struggling and suggest modifications to the workouts if you need them. The classes have made me much more comfortable with incorporating weights into my workouts. The only downside is that facility does not have a shower and the last classes during the week begin at 5:30 pm.

Outside: - Parking lot is a free for all - Constant car break-ins, large groups gathered, litter everywhere, the smell of marijuana clear throughout, poorly lit, generally not safe. Your little signs to lock up your items don't work PF! - even strike-n-spare got the hint and put up speed bumps, not PF. So yield to cars because they don't stop - No monitoring of handicap spots being used, good luck if you're old or not able bodied Inside: - 99% men in cutoff shirts slamming weights and yelling on the phone - TVs don't work on treadmills - TVs in the common area are reruns of old shows, they won't put it on sports! Great idea! - bathrooms dirty - more stuff packed into a tiny space This is the worst PF and do not write back with "we're sorry you had this experience we strive for blah blah blah."
