It's hard to know if it was a long delivery time, it's been super cold outside, or if it sat for a while before being picked up. I don't blame the restaurant that, and the pizza was very delicious! Donato would be in the restaurant early in the morning prepping everything that he was gonna serve for that day. This team wouldn't put in an extra 20 min to even care about what is going out the door. It's been a few times now that I have called the location to try to order food but the chicken parm is horrible. The sauce is lacking and I would never order a pizza from them again. Also customer service has gone down at a 90° angle. I know Donato and Mary would be very unhappy with what they built in the Dr. Phillips area. Funny, I first met Donato back when he was a chef at an Italian restaurant in front of the Walmart on Kirkman. I won't order from this business again, and I would suggest anybody thinking of possibly ordering from them to try somewhere else..
