We ordered two pizzas, one calzone and 10 wings and went through their website to order. On their website it says any order over $30 is free delivery. Our total was $66 and some change and when we paid with Apple Pay, we were charged $84. We called Strombolis to address the discrepancy, and were told by the manager that a third-party handles their website and they have no control over that and there was absolutely nothing they could do and they had no idea what coupons or offers were even posted there. We're looking forward to the food and we will not be going there again. Yes, you pay a third-party website to handle orders and deliveries, but that does not absolve you from responsibility about what they're posting there about your business. Zero accountability equals zero repeat customer over here. Above was our original experience and after calling when our pizza arrived lukewarm and 45 minutes late... They were able to appropriately recover service, which was unexpected and highly welcome. They did say that the best thing to do is order and pick up. We will continue to be customers. read more

The most atrocious pizza we've ever had. Never ever going back. 10 lbs of mozzarella w/ huge amount of salty parmesean dumped over soggy dough (caused by the ridiculously amounts of cheese). Then cut so carelessly the slices were so uneven and still attached together. This place was good years ago. Lately the food has been pretty bad and flavorless. Pizza slice special was doughy and not fresh at all. It's hard to mess up pepperoni pizza but they did. Seems like there is no care or passion in the food. Pasta was chewy and had very little sauce. If you want good and fresh pizza, there are far better options around. I was hopeful I had a bad a bad one-off experience but sadly it has been consistently no good. I really want to support local businesses but please do better and take pride in your food. Visited from Miami and really enjoyed the atmosphere--very family-friendly. The food was tasty, and I'd happily return and recommend it to friends and family. First time coming here and I came in to order a large Margarita pizza to-go, the young man in the front seemed to be nervous or maybe even new. I could barely hear him talk, it's like he mumbled under his breathe, just a little off. After ordering my pizza I asked how long it would be and in a very low tone the guy said "I don't know" so I just said "okay well I'll be back in about 15 minutes" and he just looked at me. Strange! I came back and my pizza was done. When I got home the pizza had great flavor but not enough sauce towards the crust. Im definitely gonna come back and order another pizza and ask for more sauce. I wanted take out /delivery and the other Italian restaurants in the area that work with door dash are way over priced. I've had pizza from here in the past so decided to try other items. I ordered lasagna, garlic rolls and tiramisu. The Food was mediocre at best. The lasagna wasnt bad but theres a reason its considerably less expensive than every other restaurant in the area. The garlic rolls were not soft, actually tasted like greasy day old rolls. The Tiramisu is a joke. No wonder they dont have a picture on their menu. Its tiny. It may be an ok portion but not for over $7. PS it was still frozen... Ive had the pizza and a Stromboli here in the past but I will not ever order their Italian dishes again and do not recommend it. read more

New to the area so thought we'd try a local pizza spot. We ordered the BBQ Hawaiian Pizza and 10 wings. The pizza was a decent pie. The structure of the pizza held up to the toppings. Flavor was good. Not too sweet considering we got the BBQ Hawaiian pizza. The wings didn't have much flavor. Texture wise, they were good. We ordered delivery and it took about an hour for delivery. This is for the service, cleanliness, and class of staff. We unfortunately experienced a bad incident. As my 2 young kids (3 and 8) were sitting waiting for their food. My son turns to me uncomfortably and asks Mommy what are they doing. I look up in shock to see Pornography playing on the flat screen TVs above the counter. I immediately turn his head and yell for the less then stellar lady behind the counter to alert her of the problem. She looks and giggles and laughs off and tells everyone in the back. They switch the channel then back again it still is on. A gentleman had to completely disconnect the TV and he says I don't know how that happened must've been hacked. Took no responsibility or recourse to remedy for the mishap at all. It was quite a shock to my kids and I, Which ended in us walking out. The food is decent but not that good for such crappy service. I am from New York I had one of the best experiences I've ever had for a pizza joint in Florida State. I don't know what kind of water they using but they are doing something right. The crust is mouth-watering and the pizza literally taste like it does in New York state the oil no matter what it is they are doing it right. I give this restaurant 10 out of five stars. This was my first time enjoying Stromboli's. We were celebrating a co-workers retirement and her choice was pizza from here. Since we needed a rather large order and when we were given the pickup time for 11:30am and they were hot and ready at that exact time. We had cheese, sausage, pepperoni and an Aloha. My favorite by far was the Aloha with ham and pineapple, so yummy . Great New York style pizzas, huge slices that are totally foldable! If I could give a 0/5 stars I would. The only reason they got one is because you had to. Not only was I hung up on twice, the guy was super rude and inconsiderate. Our food was delivered wrong, missing 2 items. One of which was for someone with a food allergy that couldn't eat anything else delivered. The guy on the phone was not accommodating and wanted us to reorder the food because he couldn't just sent a replacement. When he asked if we wanted a refund he prompted to hang up on us. I love pizza so that's what we ordered for a weekday lunch. It was NY style and very tasty. The place was comfy, with a TV and a few tables. The service was good and they didn't mind my special requests for my toddler ( cut a slice into bite/size pieces). They even had cartoons on the TV, which was appreciated by the little one. I got one slice $2.25 add Italian Sausage $.55 It's alright. Not great. I didn't see the 2-slice with one topping each lunch special for $4.50 and she didn't offer it. Well what can I say? I used to LOVE Stromboli's!!! The pizza was good (lunch special is a great price), zucchini fries are awesome with a bit of ranch... but hands down my favorite thing was the veal! It was always so tender and freshly hand-cut. Well- things have changed. I ordered a veal Parmesan hero tonight (first time in over a year) and it was ghastly. It was so tough and dry, like it had been frozen or was old. It was practically inedible. It is possible it was just fried way too long- but whatever happened, it wasn't worth the $20 to have this with fries and a drink. It is also surprise that there isn't an option to add fries or something to the hero... where you pay a smaller fee for a smaller portion. I had to pay so much so they could give me a pound of soggy fries (half went into the trash because it's clearly meant to be for the whole group- if you have one). It was just a sad experience. Don't know if the pizza is still good, but I don't think I'm willing to go back to see. :( read more

When I first moved to the area 12 years ago, Stromboli's was one of the only restaurants in town. It's definitely not fine dining, but it's always been a solid option for mom and pop style Italian. Whether dining in or taking out, the service is always friendly and the food is consistent. The spinach roll is probably my favorite, but the baked ziti is a close second. We've ordered pizza from here a few times since it's right down the road from our house. The pizza is good. We always just get a plain cheese pizza because we're boring. The garlic rolls are great! We tried the garlic puffies once and we didn't like them at all. Stick with the rolls. My favorite thing from the menu has to be the meatballs. I'm pretty picky when it comes to meatballs and these ones are amazing. They're big and come with a side of garlic rolls I think the prices are fair. I've spent about the same at any pizza place getting the same amount of stuff. This place just had a broader selection of food. Great pizza. We always get an extra large primavera. They have veggie toppings that are very fresh! We have also had their Stromboli which are delicious. Love their veal Parmesan, meatball, and eggplant Parmesan heros too! I've never had a delivery but we pick up and take it home.
