That said they were very nice when I took my car in and dropped it off. Asked how long it would take and they said two hours. I went home and then a friend and I went to lunch in Puyallup, went to a park, went to Starbucks and four hours later the car still wasn't done. That's a lot of difference in time. Aside from that little glitch, the work was professional, and there were no fingerprints or dirty spots in the car and I know they had to recalibrate the camera. We also had a couple chips in the windshield of our Malibu that were repaired. I contacted this company via text (I should have just called) and it took a couple of days to officially get scheduled, after some back and forth messages. Once the tech arrived, he made quick work of replacing the windshield on the Ford. After 2 hours, we was finished with both vehicles and it only cost $1040. The tech was very professional,friendly and explained everything. Hopefully we won't need a windshield replacement/repair again but if we do, I know who to call!
