Second to last night in Paris and decided to hope along and spy on a friends date. She decided to go to Strobi and we all discreetly tagged along... sadly she didn't get a table with her date... but we sure did. Walking into Strobi, super small but cozy. Lots of amazing wood work and friendly staff and servers greeted us by the door. Their menu is super small... but our choices were amazing. Tapas style dishes- we had the teriyaki meat along with duck with a purée pumpkin and a side of amazing fries with diced tomatoes. Paired with some fabulous French red wine... it was an amazing dinner. Everything was so tasty and fresh. They refilled our basket of bread and spreads for us... super yummy!! Don't be intimidated by the menu and this place fills up fast.

Great little place! Each menu item has a gourmet (small/appetizer) and gourmand (large/main course) option which is great if you want to dine family style. Their fries (wedges) are served with a yogurt sauce... that is delicious. We had a large serving as a starter! The Veal Tartare was amazingly fresh and flavorful. We also shared a small Kefta roll. Not traditional but really tasty. Our waiter was very friendly and accommodating as he welcomed us for dinner even though arrived late -- 10 minutes before closing time. The space is welcoming, warm, and opened. Very clean restroom. No AMEX... :(

Stumbled upon this place for dinner before a show and our dinner was amazing! The service was really great, super friendly and attentive staff. It's tapas style but you can order the dishes in larger portion if you want a full meal. My friends and I did tapas style but we dod try the larger portions. We ordered the duck with pumpkin purée, pork ribs with beets and French fries. There was so much flavor in every dish and it was cooked perfectly! The pork rib was falling off the bone. The duck was the best duck I had while visit Paris for the weekend. Their menu is not so large but I can tell every dish is cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!

Once you're finally inside, the staff is super nice and efficient (it helps having only a few things on the menu), and the salad is very refreshing after waiting so long to eat. The house red wine is very good, too. The steak comes rare, medium, or well done. If you usually go for medium-rare like I do, I recommend going rare. It was perfectly pink on the inside but still had a good bite. The steak is excellent, and the sauce is to die for. And the French fries? Out of this world. It may seem a little gimmicky that they refill your plate, but you'll be so happy with how good the food is, it doesn't matter. I used the fries to scrape the plate clean. I was sadly too stuffed to try the dessert, but it looked fantastic. Definitely recommend getting to the restaurant before they open and waiting out the line -- the steak and fries are more than worth it!

The staff are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. The desserts, especially the mille-feuille, were a highlight. While the dishes are well-prepared, some items felt a little pricey for the portion size, so keep that in mind. The interiors are stunning, rich wood paneling, sparkling chandeliers, and walls adorned with portraits of cinema legends create a timeless, glamorous feel. Sit at the counter to get the full experience of watching the kitchen staff do their thing. Our waiter explained the menu, suggested we could do 3 starters each, or a traditional starter and entree. We opted with the 6 starters, planning to share them all. First was an amuse bouche. It paired perfectly with the glass of champagne we started with. We then chose our dishes. The sea bream carpaccio was amazing, delicate and citrusy. That came with the scallops, two scallops sitting on a celery root puree, with truffle. Then we had the pig trotters, and the langoustine ravioli with food gas sauce. The trotters were amazing with a pickled cabbage, delicate sauce and shaved Comte. (My husband was skeptical of this one, but ate most of it!) . The langoustine dish was delicious. The foie gras sauce was delicate and not overpowering . Finally we had the lamb, and the chicken gyoza with Parmesan and smoked duck. Again, delicious. The sommelier was a great help with the wine. We started with a glass of champagne. Mine was a glass of Sauvignon blanc, and we shared a bottle of Pinot Noir. A glass of Gewürztraminer paired perfectly with the dessert of crème caramel, served with warm, lemony madeleines. You cannot go wrong.

We were seated at the end of the counter despite nobody else being there. That being said, service was attentive (not sure if they still have but had 1 star at the time) and timely. I started with the octopus carpaccio. Everything worked so well together and the octopus was extremely tender and not rubbery at all. A perfect start. For my main, I had the veal chop. Cooked and seasoned perfectly, this was a delicious piece of meat. It was a good portion too. Finally, dessert was I have no idea what it was. It looked cool, but that's about all it had going for it. Despite that, the starter and main were as close to perfect as you can get and I highly recommend this spot.

This place rated high on both. It was early about 6:00 and very few customers. We were seated without reservation, by 7 this place was jumping surely u would need one by then. Charming restaurant but they pack u in a little tight. Seems like this is standard in Paris. Customer Service Julien out waiter was the best. Very attentive and friendly, no rushing. Little language problem but I pointed to menu and he helped me pick my entree. He was great. Assortment of cheese Very good Rigatoni with truffle sauce topped with shaved cheese Did not look like much but the truffle sauce had rich flavor. Veal chop with chanterelle mushrooms and mashed potatoes. Wow never tasted anything like these beautiful flavors. Going to make this dish at home. Brioche French toast with salted butter caramel and ice cream. Too sweet for me but delicious, my honey loved it. Plating Lots of pride here. If I am ever in Paris in Avenue De Champs Elysees I would come here again u should to. This was a perfect dining experience. I would rate this place a 10 if I could.
