***UPDATE FROM 3/18/24…read more I have no been seeing yo-yo for almost a year. I suffer from chronic migraines and I am a full time student so I spend a lot of time on the computer. I stand by saying YoYo is a miracle worker. When she first suggested I get cupping last summer I saw an instant difference in how my neck felt after my first session. Now i try to make it every month if not more. The cupping treatments have completely changed my life. YoYo pays attention to my body and where it hurts and I always leave feeling like I have a brand new head and shoulders. Book your appointment as soon as possible with her to make the change you need in your life to feel happy and healthy!

So there's a language barrier when speaking to here, no doubt. You can point to what type of massage you'd like from the menu she has hung up near the door. This isn't a luxurious spa or even a high-end place to get a massage. There beds setup separated by curtains, no private rooms are available here. The massage itself was more than decent. She gave me a full hour for a good price(~$60 plus 15% tip). If your looking for a deep tissue massage I suggest you tell her high pressure. She starts on your shoulders and works her way down to your feet before asking for you to turn over. Tip according. She accepted credit card. Before I left, she gave me some water as most places should do. Neat little place in a good neighborhood.

They were both extremely kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I really loved that it isn't a typical spa office setting. It's located in an older Victorian-style home in Shadyside, which gives it a unique and cozy feel that adds to the overall experience. Even the front desk staff (I believe her name was Laura) was so welcoming and friendly. Everyone I interacted with made me feel right at home. I originally came in because I had a gift card, but after such a great experience, I will definitely be returning for future massages and facials. Highly recommend!

Right in the middle of a busy business district, but also tucked away and quiet! The waiting area was cute, looks to be an old house turned into a spa. I felt like all my concerns were addressed and I left feeling relaxed with glowing skin. I would return!

I was led upstairs to room number 3 by the therapist who spoke 0 English. As we passed room number one, she closed that door, there was a sleeping bag on that massage bed. She then examined my gift certificate and pointed to 60 minutes on the wall which I indicated that was correct. After she discussed on the telephone my 'coupon' (the only word I could understand) she pointed on the wall at 30 minutes; I said 'no, 60 minutes' and pointed to 60 minutes on the wall. She then had another phone discussion in the doorway. As I changed with the door cracked open she tinkled in the room next to me (I believe that door was open as well) and then came directly into the room without having washed her hands. I was laying face up asking if I needed to turn over. She motioned for me to flip over. The horseshoe where I placed my face smelled of unwashed hair. She worked on me for about 50 minutes and then said ok, ok, ok. I again pointed to the wall and said "60 minutes". She indicated five on her hand and gave me four minutes more. She left the room, tinkled again (door opener washing of hands) and re-greeted me at the door quietly saying tip, tip; giving me a frowny face when I gave her $6 for my 54 minute massage; I would normally have given a $10 tip for a $60/60 minutes massage. No return trip in my future.
