Stress and depression cause not just emotional problems, but it takes a toll on your physical body. Are you experiencing tight muscles in your neck and back? Are you feeling stiff, tight, and achy? This whole holistic approach to massage helps to lower cortisol your stress hormone. It boosts dopamine for clearer, thinking. It helps you release endorphins to decrease pain. Also it fights depression by increasing seroton
History
Established in 2000.
When I was in 3rd grade, my father after seeing his chiropractor would ask me to work on his neck, back, and feet. I would sit behind him with my knees up to my shoulders and my hands would work out the knots, release the muscles and releave his pain.
At that time there was no massage training available. Then in 1999 Allegheny Community College offered a massage degree program - the first degree program in PA. The rest is history. I was so glad my father was still alive to see me go full circle. Massage always was my passion.
I started giving massages in my home in Bethel Park when I applied for a businss permit I was denied. So I moved to Peters Township, I am so glad this home is what I want clients to experience. It is part of th nuturing process. A California style house nestle among trees with flowers and a Koli pond. Some time experiencing something different can be a vacation in its self. A healing experience from pain and stress.
