I called to see if I could get a massage on a Saturday afternoon. Oh, it was Saturday and late in the afternoon. So no luck. But Christina called me back later that day and offered to open her shop on Sunday, before I headed back to Ohio. The massage center is very nicely remodeled. I learned that Christina and her husband, who came along to inspect some construction, are remodeling the 1st floor to provide yoga. The massage was excellent. Christina was able to locate and isolate those muscles on my back that were causing my neck and shoulder issues and work them to release their stiffness. I'm getting older and starting to feel all those younger year rugby and running injuries. Christina really did a great job and I felt great afterwards. I highly recommend Christina if you need massage therapy for any of your sport injuries, or everyday aches and pains. I will definitely be heading back when I am in the area to include Christina's massage therapy in my get healthy regimen.

I wanted to get a massage because I've been having tightness in my hamstring muscle. I did a Yelp…read moresearch and found Wang Na, which is super close to my house. I called on a Saturday morning and she told me I could come in right away. I opted for a noon appointment and she had that open as well. I went for a 60 minute massage. Let me tell you, it was far more than a massage. It was body work. She rubbed the knots and tension out of my arms, neck, shoulders, back, and legs. I told her my hamstring was bothering me and she rubbed the knots out of my muscles. I can't say this massage was relaxing and enjoyable. It actually hurt, HOWEVER, I really needed someone to get in there and massage the knots out, which she certainly did. The experience itself is no frills- this is not a typical spa experience if that is what you are used to. But I am a fan because I can tell I'm going to feel so much better once the soreness wears off. And for $60 (plus tip) for one hour of service.. it can't be beat! She accepts cash or debit card and there is a little parking area. I'm glad I found this place- I'll be a repeat visitor.

I stand by saying YoYo is a miracle worker. When she first suggested I get cupping last summer I saw an instant difference in how my neck felt after my first session. Now i try to make it every month if not more. The cupping treatments have completely changed my life. YoYo pays attention to my body and where it hurts and I always leave feeling like I have a brand new head and shoulders. Book your appointment as soon as possible with her to make the change you need in your life to feel happy and healthy!

I was able to see her the very next day and found her to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and calming. Her setup is as professional as most high end places, but what sets her apart is her training and experience working with athletes. She knew exactly how to reach my painful spots and address the issues in a way that lasted. I wouldn't go so far as to call her a miracle worker, but she's pretty close! I highly recommend Lisa if you need a good, strong, therapeutic massage, or just a place to relax and be pampered.
