We've been doing business with Mike at E3 Termite & Pest Control for about a year and a half, ever…read moresince we purchased our home in Mobile, Alabama. Anyone familiar with this area knows that termites are a serious concern because of the climate, humidity, and annual swarming season, so choosing the right company was important to us. From our very first meeting, Mike impressed us with his knowledge. He thoroughly explained the different types of termites that can affect homes in this area and carefully inspected the house we were purchasing, which already had a termite bond in place. His inspection was meticulous, and we immediately felt confident that we had chosen the right company. Since then, Mike has continued servicing our home and has always been available to answer questions. What really sets him apart is that he's genuinely one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He never rushes through an appointment, takes the time to explain everything in plain English, and honestly discusses the pros and cons of the different treatment and warranty options without any sales pressure. His pricing has always been fair and reasonable. When it came time to renew our termite warranty, the process was simple, painless, and much less expensive than we expected. Most recently, we put our home on the market and are moving back to Georgia. We needed a Wood Infestation Inspection Report (WIR) for the sale. Just days before closing, we discovered we didn't have everything we needed--not because of Mike, but due to an unrelated issue. We were in a real bind. Mike immediately stepped in, completed the inspection, and had the report back to us in less than 24 hours. He absolutely saved the day and kept our closing on track. Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days, but Mike delivers it every single time. If you're looking for someone honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to taking care of his customers, I couldn't recommend Mike and E3 Termite & Pest Control more highly. If I were staying in Mobile, they would continue to have my business for many years to come.

Checked the cameras and the tech had opened the gate to come in left it open while he sprayed. Don't have video of him leaving but the gate was in the exact position when I went outside as it was on the video. Our eight year old son had a meltdown thinking it was his fault that he didn't check the gate. Called to explain our issue and was told they would make a note in the system to close the gate from now on. Figured that was day one stuff that should be gone over with all employees entering people's property. Great service, but you might lose a dog. We cancelled our service.

Told us there was a guarantee and then didn't back it up when the first treatment failed. So we called Orkin. The tech was personable and friendly. The things we had to do to prepare was much more thorough than the other exterminators. But we were terrified of these fast breeding bugs that wouldn't go away so we were happy to comply. The service was done swiftly (they would've come next day but we had to prepare so they came the day after that). We saw one of two bugs after that but they were probably dying. We squished them. And now several weeks later, no more bugs. Thank you lord! The bugs are gone! Orkin uses the highest quality chemicals available and they were actually cheaper than the other guys. Expensive but Very worth it.
