I called AAAC Wildlife and the dispatcher was friendly and we scheduled a time. Two guys showed up and did a full inspection in the attic and the outside of the home. I was told that it was clearly an issue with rats, but they could not figure out exactly how they were getting in. We had a carport attached to the house that had a lot of water damage/rot. He suspected that was the issue, but couldn't do a full inspection in the structure. I started tearing out the panels and found a clear access point direct to the attic. I placed a screen over it and put some peanut butter over the areas covering the hole and on the outside panel. Within a day, the peanut butter over the hole was gone. That weekend, I removed the carport and replaced all of the face boards where the carport was attached. I also placed numerous traps in the attic. I caught only 1 massive sized rat. But I have had 0 issues in over a week at this point..... I would highly recommend using them for any issues you have with wildlife

But since I'd already paid for their visit, they suggested using that money towards prevention of any future party crashers. They sealed up my roof vents with some almost invisible metal mesh--like a bouncer at the club for my attic! Let me tell you, this was way more affordable than the thought of raccoons ripping through my spray-on insulation like it was confetti at a celebration. The day after I paid him I saw tracks through the insulation again. I contacted him and he said he would remedy the situation. He had previously stated it was a posuum but that I had rats or something else which would be remedied when he removed all the insulation. I also discovered he had not replaced the amount of insulation we agreed on, also he said he'd make all of that right. They tore up my Dyson vacuum which they had to "search" through my home to find. 6 months later he had still not remedied any of those situations so I reported him to the BBB in Mobile. He claimed I was a "disgruntled customer who could not be satisfied" so they dropped the claim. This man is a fraud. He claims animals that are not the actual pests are there and consequently when you complain he did not fix your problem his retort is that "he did what he was contracted to do". All of his bids are below the $10,000.00 contractor liscense level that would allow him to be penalized by the Contractor Board, he used 2 contracts to make mine less. So he has frauded me and should not be trusted to do any job for you. I have no recourse except to be public and hope that nobody else gets defrauded by this company. He actually nailed a wire mesh on my roof which not only looks tacky and unprofessional but put holes in my roof. Beware.

A nightmare. This mobile company dispatched a tech to Pensacola when I complained of a dead animal…read moresmell under my house. The tech came out and removed a dead possum from the side vent of my house. He did not crawl under the house to look for more but he assured me that he got the animal that was making the smell. After he left it continued to smell so I crawled under the house and found a dead possum. This is after paying $299. I removed that possum and asked him to come back. I was charged ANOTHER $99 for him to crawl under the house and get the remaining dead possum. When I called and complained to the manager, Heidi, she was hostile. At one point she told me she would call me back and she never did. Don't use this company. You'll regret it.

Technician Cody Evans showed up, sprayed my house for insects instead of addressing the mice issue, then told me he would return to place bait traps. He never came back. I repeatedly contacted the lead supervisor, Paul Gunby, and received no response whatsoever. I then escalated the issue to the corporate office requesting a full refund, and I am still waiting to hear from the local general manager. What's especially telling is that before my money was paid, I was able to reach both the supervisor and the technician. Once payment was made, all communication stopped. Calls to the local office now go unanswered. This office has zero accountability, terrible communication, and no problem taking money without providing services. I feel completely taken advantage of. Do not trust the West Monroe field office with your money.

A month ago we needed to replace the columns and railing on our front porch. We found termite damage in the one column. We called terminex and were informed we had requested the termite clause be removed in 2016 and only wanted outdoor pest control. We did not do that. We called another company that had come highly recommended by several of our friends. After their inspection we were told that no pest control had been done. Luckily for us there was no termite damage to the house. The damage we did find was old. We had been paying terminex for nothing. We were lied to about canceling our contract and lied to about the pest control being done.
