My mother and I called this pest control place company because it an affordable price and good…read morereviews because we had a rodent issue. The exterminator came over and put traps down and that's it. Not checking where the rodents could possibly be coming from or how they are coming in and out the house. The rodents weren't even going into the traps. After months we were still hearing them in the attic, we called the exterminator again and he just checked the traps and saw that they were empty and that's it. He also didn't go fully into the attic, he just stay on the ladder the entire time and placed the traps right by the doors. A few weeks after that I kept seeing rodents . We just called the exterminator back again and he never came. So we called again to have them pick up the traps cause it was a waste of money. We called someone else and they were able to do the job correctly.

To my surprise, by the end of the same day, Brent (wildlife specialist) was knocking on our door. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, but also very professional, and he went right to work checking under the house via our crawl space, while also pointing out "possible" entry areas for rodents. Unfortunately he did find evidence of recent "visitors" and immediately set up a plan of action that included bait boxes (gave full explanation) and then to close off entry areas once the active problem was resolved. He left saying that that it would most likely be late next week before he could come back with the boxes because he was so busy, but actually contacted me first thing Monday morning to let me know he would be out that afternoon. He came as promised and set up bait boxes all around the perimeter, showing me exactly where they were and again explaining the process in detail before he left with the plan to return next week to check them. As horrible as it is to know we have this problem, and hearing the evidence, it is such a relief to know it is being taken care of by such a great company and experienced professionals. I actually slept through the night for the first time since the entire nightmare began. Brent has been fantastic and I highly recommend calling Lewis Pest Control if you suspect you may have a rodent problem. Don't forget to request Brent Davidson if at all possible!

After paying ~$200/yr for renewal inspections over 10 years, plus ~$500 for a warranty booster in 2016, they wouldn't renew my contract because my annual inspection happened while I was waiting for my roof to be replaced. I had regular communications with the office staff to keep them updated on progress of my roof, and I was under the impression everything would be fine. However, at the end of the day, Steve told me there was nothing they'd do, and I'd have to pay $900 to start a new contract plus $330 annually going forward. So much for any loyalty to customers. Hopefully I can find a better, more understanding, company.

I just wanted to let you know about my experience with your company, Ensec. My kids had been…read morecomplaining about getting ant bites while playing in our yard. Not a good thing. Then my wife received a few bites while working in her flowerbed. A very bad thing. Finally, I knew that your company did termite treatments for years, but I had no idea your company also did fire ant treatments until an old friend of mine mentioned it after I told him about all the money I was wasting buying the ant killer sold in home improvement stores. I called your eight hundred number and was almost immediately speaking with a professional. I told the young lady the problem I was having, and after assuring me that they had several options for my ant problem, she made an appointment for a professional to come out to my home at a time convenient for me to assess the problem and give me an estimate. I have to tell you that I was expecting the run of the mill pest man to show up at my home late and leave me with a hundred questions. I could not have been more wrong. A professional showed up at my house on time and answered all my questions and educated me about ant control. I did not know there were beneficial ants! After explaining the treatment system to me and giving me an estimate, the gentleman asked me to call him directly if I had any further questions. I was so impressed that when the young lady called to follow up with me about my meeting later that afternoon I immediately set a treatment appointment for the following week. The professionals that arrived at my house on time needed about an hour to fully treat my lawn. I cannot tell you how courteous and professional these gentlemen were. It was pleasure to do business with them. As you can tell, I had a wonderful experience with your company and would highly recommend them to anyone with a pest problem. The level of professionalism, the great price, and the follow up after the service has made me a customer for life. Thank you, sir, and have a great day. The Gilmore Family
