Checked the cameras and the tech had opened the gate to come in left it open while he sprayed. Don't have video of him leaving but the gate was in the exact position when I went outside as it was on the video. Our eight year old son had a meltdown thinking it was his fault that he didn't check the gate. Called to explain our issue and was told they would make a note in the system to close the gate from now on. Figured that was day one stuff that should be gone over with all employees entering people's property. Great service, but you might lose a dog. We cancelled our service.

First text was for yesterday between 3 & 5 so I arrange my schedule to be home then (no prior phone call to ask if that day/time is ok), then I get a text at 3 pm from another tech saying he will be here today from 3 to 5, then I get a 3rd text from a different technician advising he will be at my home in 11 minutes at 11:00 am. Fortunately I was home though just about to leave. I tried calling the local office to find out what is going on but got a general customer service number that couldn't answer any questions or give me the branch manager's name & number. We've paid for this year but we're done - I don't appreciate these last minute changes via texts. Terminix use the phone & call your customer especially when something changes!
