Wayne's contacted me about seasonal lawn service and I said " why on earth would I use you for my lawn, when I've been waiting over a month for the termite guy to come out and check a problem I already pay for?" They promptly sent a capable man, Eric who was very helpful and thoroughly inspected my home, I don't have termites yet, he made some suggestions to remove bushes that were close to the home and found some wood eating beetles in an antique table. Wayne's Pest Control sent me an email offering a special deal with $4 for the first month of mosquito service or other services with a one year contract After giving all my info online Bobby with Wayne's called me. He didn't offer me that deal. When I asked about it, he said that's only if I bundle with other services. That didn't sound right. After looking at the email again I called back and explained to Bobby that the ad doesn't say I need to add other services or mention exclusions. He said, my lawn was too big and they couldn't do what the ad said. I asked Bobby if he thought the ad was deceptive and he said no. I offered him the opportunity to have a supervisor call me. He was uninterested. I'm disappointed in this company. I am a customer of Wayne's and carry a termite bond with them on another house. I called yesterday regarding a wasp nest just above my garage door. Grant came this afternoon. Talk about above and beyond. He removed the nest, found another, then found carpenter bees and went around the whole house looking for more. Then he performed our regular contract maintenance. I have termite, pest and mosquitoe protection from them. After spraying two times this year my family and I can't go in the backyard without getting bitten by several mosquitoes and we live in the city in a neighborhood so its not like we are out in the country. I've had the termite bond since I bought the house and it always passes their yearly inspection. We recently started remodeling our kitchen and found obvious termite damage but they will not cover the cost of repairs. They say its preexisting but have been covering the house for years, so preexisting to what. read more

Tried the pest control and after calling them for 2 weeks about ants, guy comes out and sprays. Almost 1 month later....I've got ants I. The house. Guy comes back out and bits bait in the room the ants are in. 2 weeks later, got ants in a different room. We have a new house and keep it clean. Their initial treatment was not good. So now I cancel and they decide to double charge me. DO NOT USE WAYNES! There are too many quality companies in the area. read more

We recently bought a house and Wayne's was who the previous owners used for termites; we wanted to do other pest control options as well so we decided to keep it all together for ease; they were supposed to be here at 10:00 a.m. today; it is 10:40 a.m. now and nothing not even a phone call. This is the second no call no show and the 4th maybe even 5th time they were supposed to be here in a few week span and have not come for one reason or another. Super unreliable. Recently switched companies from Waynes and since they have been by my house 4 times bothering me. They then tried to say my current termite pest control company was not legit and claimed they treated my house wrong. Turns out after researching the young kid from waynes has only been there for just over a year. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone!!! read more

Stay away from this company. The builder of my home contracted them to do the pre sale termite treatment and inspection. While I guess they did as the builder signed off on it prior to close. I then got a letter from Waynes 10 months after closing that they had to do another treatment after landscaping and such had grown in and settled and the builder had already paid for this and no cost to me. So after waiting about a month I called and inquired when they would be out. They set up a time and date and came out and treated the outside of the home. Low and behold 10 days later I get a visit from Wayne Hartley wanting to send some one out to inspect for termites, now this home is not even a year old and has 2 treatments paid for by the builder. I told him i was going to get quotes from other companies and to please email me a quote, which he did. Low and behold 2 months later a Waynes Rep. shows up at my front door saying he was there to do a termite inspection. Of course I refuse and tell them once again about other qoutes. Just today I received an email with an invoice attached saying I owe 204.75 for the termite inspection on 12/20/2017. Of course I called and spoke with them and they said yes and so and then when I said we refused the inspection the rep. on the phone said "oh he did not do the inspection". I asked to removed from their contacts and to not come anymore. The rep have nerve enough to say "you don't want to continue your service contract"? I said I had no contract and that I would be contacting the Mississippi Attorney General and the Alabama Attorney General offices of consumer affairs, because sending me an invoice saying payable upon receipt is Fraud with a capital F. Rep. stated it was not fraud and she would have a supervisor contact me. Needless to say I have not been contacted, but I have contacted the Mississippi AG and Alabama is next. read more

These people are scammers. They'll bill you for services they say they performed without ever asking you if you wanted them to do it in the first place. I've never heard of this company before, but they said they bought a termite contract from the builder of my house and then came out WITHOUT asking me and performed services (how would I know, nothing was ever left at my house). They then billed me for whatever they said they did. I ended up having to call and complain about it and then I was told about some random $1 million coverage guarantee and they didn't want it to lapse so they had to perform services immediately. It sounded like a total scam. Don't be fooled. When you buy a new house, don't let these people tell you that you owe them money when you didn't want them to come around and spray in the first place. When I start seeing termite swarms, I might decide later on to call someone, but it won't be these jokers. Steer clear. read more
