For decades I managed to take care of my yard alone. In that time I nurtured it carefully so that today it has become, at least for me, a calming and peaceful retreat. In recent years, however, I have had to give up my bi-weekly attention to it upkeep. Thus I was very cautious in choosing a lawn services company. I wanted one that would commit to a regular schedule, rain or shine, and that would maintain a dedication to its maintenance similar to the level that I had been committed to over the years. I can say that I found that company in Willing 2 Work. From day one Mr. Harris showed great interest in my needs and listened patiently to my peculiar litany of needs when mowing, trimming and generally maintaining my yard. He respected my requests and, over the course of these two years that he has never failed to deliver his services exactly to the level of my demanding instructions. He hasn't cut corners, or changed his methods in the delivery of his services, at least not without first consulting with me, explaining politely, succinctly and convincingly why his way was better. I am old and set in my ways, but not so set as to demand a businessman provide a service in a manner that is contrary to his own efficient means of doing business. When he arrived he asked me how far I wanted the stumps to be grinned down, me response was level with the ground he went much deeper and the cut our grinder pipe and it caused it to leak. They took zero responsibility to help with the repair. I had to call a plumber and was charged $564.00 for the repair. I called Chris Francis spoke with the owner and he still would not accept any responsibility for the damage caused by his employee. I also sent an email explaining everything and unfortunately have not heard back. I am very disappointed in their lack for caring and not offering to cover at least half.
