Fortunately I was home though just about to leave. I tried calling the local office to find out what is going on but got a general customer service number that couldn't answer any questions or give me the branch manager's name & number. We've paid for this year but we're done - I don't appreciate these last minute changes via texts. Terminix use the phone & call your customer especially when something changes!
