My mother and I called this pest control place company because it an affordable price and good…read morereviews because we had a rodent issue. The exterminator came over and put traps down and that's it. Not checking where the rodents could possibly be coming from or how they are coming in and out the house. The rodents weren't even going into the traps. After months we were still hearing them in the attic, we called the exterminator again and he just checked the traps and saw that they were empty and that's it. He also didn't go fully into the attic, he just stay on the ladder the entire time and placed the traps right by the doors. A few weeks after that I kept seeing rodents . We just called the exterminator back again and he never came. So we called again to have them pick up the traps cause it was a waste of money. We called someone else and they were able to do the job correctly.

To my surprise, by the end of the same day, Brent (wildlife specialist) was knocking on our door. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, but also very professional, and he went right to work checking under the house via our crawl space, while also pointing out "possible" entry areas for rodents. Unfortunately he did find evidence of recent "visitors" and immediately set up a plan of action that included bait boxes (gave full explanation) and then to close off entry areas once the active problem was resolved. He left saying that that it would most likely be late next week before he could come back with the boxes because he was so busy, but actually contacted me first thing Monday morning to let me know he would be out that afternoon. He came as promised and set up bait boxes all around the perimeter, showing me exactly where they were and again explaining the process in detail before he left with the plan to return next week to check them. As horrible as it is to know we have this problem, and hearing the evidence, it is such a relief to know it is being taken care of by such a great company and experienced professionals. I actually slept through the night for the first time since the entire nightmare began. Brent has been fantastic and I highly recommend calling Lewis Pest Control if you suspect you may have a rodent problem. Don't forget to request Brent Davidson if at all possible!

We've been doing business with Mike at E3 Termite & Pest Control for about a year and a half, ever…read moresince we purchased our home in Mobile, Alabama. Anyone familiar with this area knows that termites are a serious concern because of the climate, humidity, and annual swarming season, so choosing the right company was important to us. From our very first meeting, Mike impressed us with his knowledge. He thoroughly explained the different types of termites that can affect homes in this area and carefully inspected the house we were purchasing, which already had a termite bond in place. His inspection was meticulous, and we immediately felt confident that we had chosen the right company. Since then, Mike has continued servicing our home and has always been available to answer questions. What really sets him apart is that he's genuinely one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He never rushes through an appointment, takes the time to explain everything in plain English, and honestly discusses the pros and cons of the different treatment and warranty options without any sales pressure. His pricing has always been fair and reasonable. When it came time to renew our termite warranty, the process was simple, painless, and much less expensive than we expected. Most recently, we put our home on the market and are moving back to Georgia. We needed a Wood Infestation Inspection Report (WIR) for the sale. Just days before closing, we discovered we didn't have everything we needed--not because of Mike, but due to an unrelated issue. We were in a real bind. Mike immediately stepped in, completed the inspection, and had the report back to us in less than 24 hours. He absolutely saved the day and kept our closing on track. Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days, but Mike delivers it every single time. If you're looking for someone honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to taking care of his customers, I couldn't recommend Mike and E3 Termite & Pest Control more highly. If I were staying in Mobile, they would continue to have my business for many years to come.

A few months later when I discovered carpenter ants in my barn, they came right back out on an oppressively hot day and painstakingly went all through my barn, found the ant nest, and set down bait. As a new home owner, I've had a steady parade of contractors and service people in my home in the last 4 months, but none of them has been as professional as Pro Shield. The dispatcher is super professional and friendly when you call to schedule them. They text you ahead of time to confirm your appointment for the next day, and the technician who came out even asked if it was okay that he was early! In a world where I can't even get an HVAC tech to come out twice for a scheduled appointment, or can't even get a plumber for a leaky pipe, Pro Shield was a breath of fresh air. I wish all business people in the Mobile area were as professional and get-the-job-doney as Pro Shield. I look forward to working with them for years to come!
