The exterminator came over and put traps down and that's it. Not checking where the rodents could possibly be coming from or how they are coming in and out the house. The rodents weren't even going into the traps. After months we were still hearing them in the attic, we called the exterminator again and he just checked the traps and saw that they were empty and that's it. He also didn't go fully into the attic, he just stay on the ladder the entire time and placed the traps right by the doors. A few weeks after that I kept seeing rodents . We just called the exterminator back again and he never came. So we called again to have them pick up the traps cause it was a waste of money. We called someone else and they were able to do the job correctly.

To my surprise, by the end of the same day, Brent (wildlife specialist) was knocking on our door. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, but also very professional, and he went right to work checking under the house via our crawl space, while also pointing out "possible" entry areas for rodents. Unfortunately he did find evidence of recent "visitors" and immediately set up a plan of action that included bait boxes (gave full explanation) and then to close off entry areas once the active problem was resolved. He left saying that that it would most likely be late next week before he could come back with the boxes because he was so busy, but actually contacted me first thing Monday morning to let me know he would be out that afternoon. He came as promised and set up bait boxes all around the perimeter, showing me exactly where they were and again explaining the process in detail before he left with the plan to return next week to check them. As horrible as it is to know we have this problem, and hearing the evidence, it is such a relief to know it is being taken care of by such a great company and experienced professionals. I actually slept through the night for the first time since the entire nightmare began. Brent has been fantastic and I highly recommend calling Lewis Pest Control if you suspect you may have a rodent problem. Don't forget to request Brent Davidson if at all possible!

Checked the cameras and the tech had opened the gate to come in left it open while he sprayed. Don't have video of him leaving but the gate was in the exact position when I went outside as it was on the video. Our eight year old son had a meltdown thinking it was his fault that he didn't check the gate. Called to explain our issue and was told they would make a note in the system to close the gate from now on. Figured that was day one stuff that should be gone over with all employees entering people's property. Great service, but you might lose a dog. We cancelled our service.

I contacted this company and they were very professional and their hours of service were exactly what I was looking for, due to my work schedule. I am extremely late with this review because it has been a year and I still have not had any major issues (great pest control products I will say), but I plan to call them back soon because my home is located in the midst of a great deal of trees. Maids ala Mode are exceptional and just get better with each visit. The billing is all pre-set to a credit card which is very modern and easy. You are sent email reminders (maybe too many) and a copy of the invoice electronically. It is very handy and all of the staff radiate pleasantness and courtesy. My ladies are my "regulars", which is great since I am often home when they are here. They work well together and just bring a lot of positive energy through the door when they arrive. I forgot about the actual work! My standards are pretty high and I live in a large home with all sorts of nooks and crannies. It is always spotless, shining and smells probably a bit like Heaven when they leave. They clean things that frankly I overlook or just disregard, and my bathrooms are almost too clean to use. The kitchen is the same. I cook all of the time and the chances of my sink ever looking that clean on my watch is zero. Part of my household is a very ragged 22 y.o. cat. They clean up all of his fur and even work around him when he can't get up. How sweet is that? Except for too much e-mail (maybe 5 per visit) Maids ala Mode is a home run for me.

So I decided to return to give them another chance after my old housekeeper moved away and I tried other cleaning services but never got the cleaning I was use to. One young lady came to my house in tears because how she was being treated so I sat and listened but still gave company a chance. Then I get an email yesterday asking if I can change from my normal day and I responded saying I would try to accommodate and I went and moved things around after I got home ready to let them know I could make it work to find I received an email saying they are discontinuing service to me because they can not give what I needed. I have been trying to accommodate this company for months and I even got 4 neighbors wanting to hire them then I received a very unprofessional email no explanation or anything. I had already planned on leaving in a month my old housekeeper is moving back to Pascagoula so I was atleast going to stay with them and give them a two weeks notice I was leaving but I don't get that in return. Horrible and needless to say I have shared my email communication with my neighbors and they have decided to just hire my old housekeeper. So disappointed that I gave this company another chance. The young ladies cleaned well had a few issues but always gave them a good tip it's not the young ladies fault about the office issues. Also I found out the office tax their tips so I tipped them directly because I was never told I couldn't. Update after I requested an explanation I was given an explanation why they just stopped my service. It was much better than the first email that I received. All of the cleaners who have cleaned my house know I'm preparing for a very large party in a few weeks and to be told that the cleaning service cannot handle my cleaning at the last minute after I've already been scheduled for a cleaning is just very unfortunate but I do revise my statement. I WAS LATER given an explanation by the owner. The first person that contacted me was very blunt and did not give me a reason at all, so I requested an explanation and was given one. I would've respected them more if the person that contacted me after I requested an explanation was the first one to contact me because at least she explained why even though I still find it last minute because my cleaning was to be less than a week from now, I can understand if you don't have the staff to accommodate my cleaning schedule anymore. I would have rather that email being completely open about the sudden change than the one I received at first. I hope the company can get things together because I was all for supporting woman, and as a woman I just think after everything I should have just been given a little more notice. Wishing the company nothing but the best.

He hasn't cut corners, or changed his methods in the delivery of his services, at least not without first consulting with me, explaining politely, succinctly and convincingly why his way was better. He diagnosed the problems for both appliances and gave me reasonable costs to repair. The surge blew out the control boards on both alliances, which is an expensive part to replace, so due to the costliness of the repairs, I decided to put that money toward new ones. Although he didn't make the repairs, Mike was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend him and will call him again if and when I need an appliance repairman.
