Its about 75/hr/lane for 5 people, and I'm pretty sure that the time starts when you pay, so you waste about 10 minutes just getting your shoes on and finding a bowling ball. The people were friendly enough, their shoes will never be stollen (uuuugggglllly, fluorescent green and pink), and fairly busy, which are all positives. There are a nice mix of experienced bowlers and newbs on the weekends, so it won't be too embarrassing if you blow. Do not try to go on a weekday anywhere near league night, they will unapologetically tell you that you are SOL.

I am a huge fan of inexpensive, fun, family entertainment and Buffalo Lanes checks those boxes…read more We've bowled here many times over the past couple of years and it is always a fun time. The electronic scoring and automatic bumper bowling are convenient features and staff is always at the ready when a slow-pitched ball from a little one doesn't quiiite make it all the way. The food is what you might expect and there are a decent amount of choices from pizza and wings to French toast and nachos. Little Mister is a fan of the French toast and you have the option of ordering it with either cinnamon and sugar or powdered sugar. Well, I suppose you could order it without any sugar at all since you can dip it right into the glorious liquid sugar called maple syrup. Or maybe it is high fructose corn syrup that tastes enough like maple syrup to pass with flying colors. The nachos are sufficiently okay. They get soggy under the cheese, and the chicken is flavorful but nothing to write home about. The potato skins are great dipped in sour cream and you can order them without bacon if you prefer. There is also an arcade that can swiftly devour your funds. Many of the games offer points that can be redeemed for treasures in the arcade store. Ultimately, you can spend a bundle of cash to win enough points for a tootsie roll. I'm exaggerating. But not too much. There are games like Wicked Tuna where you can test your virtual fishing finesse, or Jurassic park where you can blow virtual raptors into oblivion. There's even a good ole hoop-shooting game that tests your basketball skills and gives you points for your athletic prowess. Overall, BLS is a great place to unwind and have fun. Call ahead to see if they have open bowling. They usually do but if not, there's always the arcade if you want to lighten the burden of carrying all that cash in your wallet.

She showed us how to use the lanes and all of the different games. The thing I like the most is that there was about eight different games to choose from. Everyone in there seemed very pleasant and in good spirits. The bartenders were very friendly as well. I had sandals and they actually even provided Crocs so that you don't have open toes while playing. After I return them I saw them put them in the dishwasher thing which is good because you know that they sanitize them! You play by time frame. Parking was easy for us because there was a spot right when we pulled up but I could see it might be an issue if it was busy for that area at that time, however it worked out for us. It was definitely a spot where people were either at the bar or playing but all different groups seem to be enjoying themselves

Despite confirming details in advance and paying nearly $700, the event was disorganized from the start. We were given the wrong party room number, causing delays, and when the kids were ready to eat, the room and food were not prepared on time. The biggest issue was the ice cream. I had paid for ice cream for all guests, but only after the party started was I told they were out. I was advised mid party to buy something next door at Food Lion so my husband went to get ice cream--only for the manager to confront me in front of guests saying I couldn't serve it due to policy. After an embarrassing back‑and‑forth, they eventually allowed it, but the damage was done. My son's party was disrupted, and my guests witnessed unnecessary conflict. To make matters worse, billing confusion at the end left me feeling accused of not covering a guest, only for it to later be revealed as a miscommunication that left me feeling awkward because the venue involved the other family by calling them. The entire experience was stressful, embarrassing, and poorly handled. While the party host tried to be helpful, the management's lack of communication and professionalism ruined the celebration. I've been a loyal customer since they opened, but after this ordeal I am cancelling my membership. Customer service matters, and this event showed me Big Air Raleigh does not value it.

We decided to check out Little Doodles after seeking alternative play spaces outside of our home…read morefor our child under one. We were very impressed with the size of the space and loved that there was an entire zone that met the needs of a smaller child but didn't inhibit his ability to crawl to other areas. I do believe we were lucky with a low number of kids in the play area which, despite a few little moments of going "" - overall the lack of dominating older children made it a good experience. I think if you are nervous of potential older (over 3) children interacting with a child that's maybe 9-12m then keep in mind that it may happen that they stumble over into the "infant" area to check out what's happening and try to look for less popular times. To be honest though, it really is a great place with great staff! Things We Loved: - there was a designated infant friendly play space - ample seating for adults - an actual snack/food area that served more than just goldfish and coffee - the "tasted toys" bin! How genius!!!! - cleanliness - layout of multiple different stations If you have a teacher workday or are looking for a random day outing with your little one, I really recommend this place!!

I figured this was a start for me to pique some interest and knew he'd love it. I called about two weeks in advance to reserve a "bay" for two hours. They were very friendly. The bay is $25/hour. We went on a Saturday at 3pm and they were pretty busy, but the spot is pretty spacious and you're not on top of each other regarding your bay, which is nice. You can play golf at various courses but also other games such as darts and beer pong. There is also a spacious putting green that kids can play on/crawl on, which was nice for our baby girl! The only thing that caught me off guard was how loud and hard the balls are hit indoors, however, I think this was a me problem. It didn't feel unsafe at all, but getting used to the sound as a person that never golfs indoors (or ever), took some getting used to. Sully's has fun music (easier to hear near the bar area), a full bar, and kitchen with a few bar type menu items. You can order at the bar or via your server who comes to your bay. Our server didn't come over soon after arrival so I wasn't sure if we got one at the bay, so I ordered from the bar. However, once I ordered our drinks from the bar, we did get a server that came over consistently. They have a pretty expansive/quality wine and beer selection for a spot like this. We ordered the pretzel bites and burger. The pretzel bites were good and served with a size of mustard and cheese. I did let the server know that we could not do the dairy, but there was still butter on them. That being said, he felt bad and offered a new order very kindly! The cheeseburger was actually really yummy. I ordered that without cheese so my husband could have some, and unfortunately it came with cheese but I just kept it and ate most of it myself as our bay time was almost up by the time it arrived. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food was good! We are already planning our next trip back. I would recommend Sully's for a fun date day!

I have been coming to this skating rink since I was a child, so it's definitely a nostalgic place…read morefor me. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with the rental rollerblades and roller skates was disappointing. On Sunday (8-23-26), my brother and I had to exchange our rentals three times because they were so uncomfortable. The first two pairs of rollerblades I received had front wheels that were badly worn down. You could tell the wheels hadn't been rotated or maintained properly to keep them evenly worn. This caused my ankles and feet to hurt while skating. The third pair of rollerblades ended up causing even more problems and left me with a blister on my foot. I really think the rink needs to update and properly maintain its rental skates and rollerblades. I understand that rental equipment gets a lot of use, but customers should still be able to skate comfortably and safely. I know I'll eventually have to invest in my own skates, but until then, I hope the rink takes a closer look at its rental equipment. On the positive side, the DJ was great, and I still enjoyed being back at a place that holds a lot of childhood memories for me. I just hope the rental equipment gets some much-needed attention.
