Horrible customer service. Paid for a trailer in full and did not receive a title. They said they…read morewould mail it to me. After a month and a half with no title I called. They said it was filed wrong. Also got home with my new trailer and noticed they put two different wheels on my trailer. On top of that my trailer did not come with a spare tire. Big Tex trailers come with a spare and you get the title before you leave the show room. Other than my stakes not fitting in my stake pockets and the tie down points are not supported it's a decent trailer.

The owner had his son put in the order, and when my husband told him that the dimensions were incorrect, he was told that it could easily be changed when Eagle carports called to schedule. Mind you, this was way back in August of 2020. Fast forward to December, got a call from the Eagle carports saying they couldn't change the dimensions without us paying a lot more money and we had to wait even longer because they had to verify it with the dealer, RPM. Then last month my husband went in to RPM to get the dimensions corrected (that the owners son screwed up in the beginning) and change our payment method to finance, only to be offered an outrageous interest rate making the whole deal one ridiculous joke. From waiting 6+ months, to having our order wrong, we wanted our deposit back, for both the building and carport, totaling about $1700. After weeks of excuses as to why we had to wait to get our money back, RPM finally gave us $1400 back, but refused to give us the remaining $300, for no reason at all. There is nothing in the contract we signed stating the deposit was non-refundable. Only that the dealer, RPM, is responsible for refunding the deposit. Don't waste your time with this place, they are irresponsible and not accommodating when the mistakes are on their end.

When I arrived there were no spots available at all but the app said it was 4 spots still available for purchase. I parked on the lot, went inside and asked for assistance in finding a spot. I was told that the lady responsible for that wasn't going back outside after dark. (Please note it was about 19:30 with the sky clear and bright enough to see the clouds in the sky) I said, "she need to come out now to find a spot if that is the rule at this store." She then rudely walked away. I went back out to search again and found nothing. I came into the store a total of three times asking for assistance and no one was willing to help. I was out of time on my 14 and couldn't go anywhere else so I moved to the front parking lot near McDonald. About 30 minutes later the same lady that said she couldn't come outside made her way outside to call my company and the cops on me about moving. She said I will have to find parking in the rear and I told her if the spot I paid for was available I wouldn't have to park up front. She proceeded to argue with me about the parking spot a paid for until the cops arrived. The cops were pretty cool but they asked me to leave because they said I was trespassing and if I didn't they would put me in cuffs and take me to jail. REALLY??? OVER A PARKING SPOT??? I said all of that to say don't spend your money at this location. These people are underpaid and overworked with a chip on their shoulder. Shoutout to the guy who did try to calm the situation and the girl leaving work at the time. I appreciate y'all and the Brasleton Police Department. Please bypass this location and don't pay for parking there because if you get there late and someone is already in it they will get it at your expense.
