Their insurance company was not easy to deal with. New Generation took over and handled everything from there. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They looked at the truck and pointed out items that were damaged that we didn't even notice. They made sure everything was repaired and replaced properly, covered by the other person's insurance, and they even were able to get it back to us earlier than expected! While I hope we're not involved in any other automobile accidents, this is who I would return to if we needed repairs.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. It's been about 2-3 months since my wife…read moreand I were rear-ended, and dealing with the driver who was at fault and his insurance company was a nightmare. They were extremely difficult to get ahold of and would sometimes take 3-4 days just to respond to an email. It took them almost 1.5 months to just let us shop around for a shop to repair. Our rear bumper was cracked, and after finally getting a response from the insurance company, they sent us a $1,000 check to cover the repairs. Unfortunately, after shopping around, I quickly realized that $1,000 wasn't nearly enough to get the job done properly. That's when I reached out to Roland Auto Collision. The owner was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. James the owner and his crew also found that the frame was damaged also. He told me to simply bring the car in, provide the accident policy number, and they would handle the rest directly with the insurance company once the repairs were completed. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Roland Auto Collision took the stress out of both the repairs and dealing with the insurance company. They were professional, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. Roland Auto Collision is hands down the place to go if you need collision repairs or help dealing with insurance! A++ all around. Highly recommend!

I think I strolled around it a half dozen times. I even traced my fingers along the seam lines where the panels, plastic and accessories met. I looked at the sticker on the back to make sure it was my car. I just couldn't believe what a great job Top Notch did AGAIN. I say "again", because they impressed me about 4 years ago when they repaired another vehicle. I wondered if they were really this good, or if maybe the first time I got lucky. Look, I risk coming off here as overly effusive, but from start-to-finish -- their communication, clarity, detail, creativity, going the extra mile -- I've now experienced it twice with them, and it was excellent both times. What more can I say. Really.

I was massively disappointed with this body shop. My car was estimated to take only a week to…read morecomplete the work, but ended up taking 7 weeks. I don't think the length of time was justified, based upon all of the excuses they offered along the way. In the end, I was stuck with a $1,600 rental car bill. They operated like they were a brand new company that was new to the auto repair business, which is why I was shocked. Their communication was terrible, which made matters only worse. Every week they said it would be finished, and every week they had a new excuse about why it wasn't ready. The first week they wouldn't even inspect the car to provide an estimate, even though I immediately signed their authorization and release form on day 1. Here are some of the excuses they offered along the way: - their vendor didn't show up to do the work - they found something new that needed to be fixed (this was a common excuse) - they had to wait for parts to arrive, or for openings on vendors' schedules - they ordered the wrong part - they don't make any money on Volvos because the margins are so low (this was my favorite) - the status report they provided was for the wrong vehicle - the work wasn't performed properly and had to be redone If they had told me that it would take 6-7 weeks to complete the work, I would have simply taken it to another body shop. A body shop is a business of project management. Each car is a project; it's as simple as that. This business doesn't have a clue about how to manage the project and, frankly, I am appalled that they are still in business. One big mistake and some small mistakes here and there is to be expected, but a complete cluster-fornicate is nothing short of appalling. It's also just as important, perhaps more important, how you handle mistakes, rather than if you make any.
