When we brought it to the counter to ask about it, we were told it was a 'factory seal error' and that the extra pack was supposedly worth $800, even though we had just paid $114 for the box. It felt misleading and raised a lot of red flags. We were able to get a refund, but the situation was awkward and poorly handled. The store itself was disorganized, and when we walked in, a group of people just sat around staring like it was strange anyone came in. Overall, it felt unprofessional and like false advertising. Would not recommend.

Although they have some good products, their attention to detail with customer service is…read morecompletely off. First, most people in the area use the internet to search products. If a company has a website, you'd think they'd have someone handle the E-marketing side of things. They don't, because no one will respond. Ever. I sent a bunch of messages while in town for work, hoping for a reply. Since it's so far it's just more convenient to discuss products ahead of time. That's hard to do when as a business you fail to reciprocate. I was prepared you spend a few thousand dollars. Had you just emailed me back. Instead you were too busy, and since I'm now leaving tomorrow, I placed my order with another vender. Although it would have been more expensive buying in your store, I was willing to spend more to support a local business. You guys make it hard to support you.
