Got the impression that theyre busy and if they lose you as a customer, theres always another. First say them on social media. Upon entering Kevin greeted me with a smile. He helped set up an appointment for me being very accommodating. The place is very clean and quiet with air conditioning. My appointment with Gabbie was great. She first asked me questions about any issues I was having I then got a bodu scan from the MAPS scanner showing problem areas. Gabbie proceeded with my stretch making sure I could handle each position without much discomfort. Gabbie was very professional and I felt so much better after the stretch that I signed up for more. I never got an email (not in junk folder either) so I tried again at honolulu website requiring more contact info to even access their site. When I inputted it said the email was already associated with an account (still no email). My stretch lab tech Avery is amazing. He is very knowledgeable about muscles of the human body and explains everything he is doing and modifies when necessary. He has done wonders for me and some of the issues I was having with an injury I am currently dealing with through stretching. I should start off with, Avery was awesome and the best person to see at this Kahala location. His knowledge of body mechanics and his level of care is the reason he was the one person I was comfortable with here. Unfortunately he might leave the company soon with his move to the North Shore. I started with StretchLab because I saw the need. My body is tight and not as limber as before. I intended to go to StretchLab several times a week so we purchased the most expensive package. After paying about a thousand for two people per month, we go straight into scheduling. That's when I should've immediately cancelled. There was maybe one appointment as week at best that would fit my schedule. Sometimes id need to schedule a week and a half to two weeks between appointments. I have a fairly open schedule where I'm usually available every other day. It seems like there's a lack of staff or tables in proportion to the amount of customers. With that said, stretching once a week or once every two weeks made zero sense for e and didn't help me at all. Yes, I do some stretches at home. But I paid for this service for a reason, because I want the guidance from a professional. After three months of trying to make it work, I decided to cancel. From my perspective, it was a complete waste of money and did nothing for me. I really wanted to make this a long term routine where I'd go in several times a week but they simply do not have the capacity. read more

The staff has addressed my needs and provides one-on-one assisted stretching using proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) technique that combines static stretching and isometric contractions to improve my range of motion. This techniques has helped me regain my range of motion pre and post surgery. I would highly recommend StretchLab. read more

I've been a member for about four months and plan to keep on the program. The place is clean, comfortable and has a sweet vibe. All of the staff have been consistently welcoming. I've worked with about 5 different flexologists and have no regrets. Of course I do have some favorites. Being a member is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Just completed the intro sesh. Amazing is all I can say. I do yoga and karate but having an assisted stretch pushes my limits and relaxes my muscles so much more. The staff are knowledge and friendly and very safe with the stretch. I had Zaffer who helped with tips during the stretch for when I want to practice at home on my own. I stumbled upon an ad for StretchLab on my IG. I reached out to Adam about a complimentary stretch session and I was hooked. I've always been an athlete and currently swim, bike, walk, hike, paddle my outrigger canoe, do yoga and pilates, do HIIT workouts and lift at the gym. I also carry inflammation in my body due to multiple sclerosis and am also fighting a very rare cancer. I decided to get a membership because my "free" stretch sessions were so beneficial and I had begun to notice a difference in my every day pain levels. Assisted stretching has improved my flexibility and helped to relieve some of my pain. Their PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) approach with static & dynamic stretching helps increase my range of motion as well. I would add that the studio is gorgeous, it's clean and the staff are always smiling. It certainly helps that each Flexologist holds a degree in sports med or Kiniesiology meaning they are well trained and know their stuff. Its certainly a drive for me coming from the west side but right now I can't afford to let distance or $ affect my health and well being. I did Stretch Lab in the mainland before and loved it. So when I found out Hawaii was opening, I contacted them to sign me up before they even opened their doors!! I've been going to Lauren for a month so far and even my personal trainer has noticed that I'm moving better and my muscles aren't as tight since coming to Stretch Lab (he doesn't even know I'm going to SL). I've been coming here for two months now. Usually do the 50 minute stretches with Izzy or Giovanni. At the end of every session, I feel really good. I recommend going before or after a good workout. The staff make nice adjustments to get me into deeper stretches and fine-tune the program depending on my needs for the week.
