We frequent the center for plays, events, and classes. It's a very welcoming environment where you can feel safe and spend time with your family. The rock wall is so much fun and paths change periodically so you can keep it new. We love the pool areas. I swim in the competitive pools and enjoy the lazy river with friends and family. My only critique would be- that there needs to be more hours open for families to enjoy swimming. We have a very flexible personal schedule however several times this past year I've gone to take the family swimming only to have the swim area designated for "adult swim only" or the pool is closed for cleaning etc. As others have mentioned, lane swimming can be a challenge also with water polo or team swim events. Using the playcare area has been a true blessing. Childcare costs are insane, especially for large families. Paying for a monthly membership with playcare options is very economical whether or not I use the gym for that two hours. Other than that I've been very pleased with the facility, its cleanliness, and staff that appear to be working with good attitudes and at the best of their abilities.

It left me screwed financially. * A gym can't trap you in a contract unfairly * If "in person only" is: * Hard to access (limited hours, long drive, etc.) * Not clearly disclosed when you signed That can fall under unfair/deceptive practices in Idaho.

GET YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPY SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place has been terrible to work with from the start…read more Took several weeks to even get any assistance to onboard as a customer, they clearly have no sense of urgency in having new patients or customers. Once I was there, he staff was very unwelcoming, and took them several minutes to even figure out how to onboard me as they there appeared to be untrained staff. They dont provide reminders for appointments like typical businesses would. On a particular situation which wouldve been my second appointment I decided to cancel all my appointments due to them having service that left much to be desired, unfortunately because my appoints were made as soon as they started and me not being available to call to cancel the appointment as i am off after they close; I didnt have the opportunity to call 24 hrs ahead of time to cancel the appointment. Now my 3rd and second appointment were scheduled back to back so the one time waiver for the fee applied to the Third appointment of the days when i called. I called and spoke with them several times there was never anyone that was remotely capable of helping me get this resolved and it took an angry text message to get them to finally call back after one of their higher ups finally saw it. Their "manager' Jessica Orr finally called me back and after explaining the situation she only kept providing discrepancies that only made her and her office more incompetent. Now after reviewing the medical bills that were charged to my insurance this further proves how much of a scam this place is: i visited the PT once and billed an amount of 480$ (96$ of which was the Medical Evaluation). After the Eval which was the only insightful meeting, They gave me 3 breathing exercises, nothing else. The bills charged were "Therapeutic Exercises" for $44, "Manual therapy" for $42, "Neuro Re-education" for $114, and "Therapeutic Activity" for $40. 3 Breathing Exercises that the PT instructor printed from a web page. In essence, they billed my insurance 5 different times for the same thing just by changing the name on the 3 breathing exercises. Paying $50 late fee to never step foot in or refer anyone to this business is money well spent. Save yourself the Trouble!

I went to a chiropractor first and got charged $109 for an x-Ray and was told to ice it and come back . Then I went to Joshua Tree afterwards because I was still in a lot of pain and the chiropractor literally did nothing. I walked into Joshua Tree and they saw I was in a lot of pain and could not even keep my head up straight so they got me in right away. They used ice , lasers , infrared light , and a few other treatments and I left feeling great! Pain went from a 9 to a 2 and I can move my head all around again. And the price was less than half of what I paid at the chiropractor. So extremely grateful I found this place . They truly care about their customers !!!

They seem very religion based so that's fantastic! That being said. I was completely unaware there were dogs in the building until I sat in the chair and a beautiful German Shepherd came up to say hello. Of course me being a dog fan I had to say hello back. Only one issue, I am very allergic to animals. Because of this I had to find another place to go for physical therapy. If you have allergies towards pets this might not be the best fit. But if you want to be around godly people who will help you and animals are no issue this might be a great place. Good luck
