These guys are a life saver!!! This morning I messed up my neck and could not turn my head more than a few inches and was in a lot of pain. I went to a chiropractor first and got charged $109 for an x-Ray and was told to ice it and come back . Then I went to Joshua Tree afterwards because I was still in a lot of pain and the chiropractor literally did nothing. I walked into Joshua Tree and they saw I was in a lot of pain and could not even keep my head up straight so they got me in right away. They used ice , lasers , infrared light , and a few other treatments and I left feeling great! Pain went from a 9 to a 2 and I can move my head all around again. And the price was less than half of what I paid at the chiropractor. So extremely grateful I found this place . They truly care about their customers !!! read more

It seems like a very loving family of knowledgeable therapists. I didn't even get to meet any of them but I liked the feeling of family when I entered the door. They seem very religion based so that's fantastic! That being said. I was completely unaware there were dogs in the building until I sat in the chair and a beautiful German Shepherd came up to say hello. Of course me being a dog fan I had to say hello back. Only one issue, I am very allergic to animals. Because of this I had to find another place to go for physical therapy. If you have allergies towards pets this might not be the best fit. But if you want to be around godly people who will help you and animals are no issue this might be a great place. Good luck read more

On Friday March 11th, I arrived for my lower back appointment and to my surprise I was seen by Kevin who had not been my PT for the past 4 weeks. Jerry was doing dry needling on my shoulder and low back and I was seeing results for the first time in 17 years. Kevin worked in my back and said "you'll have no pain now". I said "what if I do? I would like dry needling going into the weekend since it's been relieving my pain."he said "No, I am sending Jerry home you can when you see him" which was a surprise to me as I was seeing Jerry for awhile at this point. He randomly took over my care. On Tuesday March 15th, I arrived for my regular shoulder appointment I have had since December 2021. The receptionist claimed I did not have an appointment that day which was a mis-scheduling error on her part. I asked her about this error and she claimed I had changed my appt to Monday because of babysitting but I don't even have a babysitter for my appointments so I knew she had mixed me up with another patient and refused to acknowledge this error. I was sitting in the waiting area and was approached by Kevin, the owner and he said, very abruptly, " if you want dry needling today you need to tell me NOW!" I said "yes I do". I told the receptionist I was going to go sit on a recliner and wait for the tech to come and help me while she figured out the issue with my appointment. The lovely tech came over and asked me how I was. We chatted for a moment and she put electrodes on my shoulder. Kevin walked past me and I decided to ask him about the dry needling. I verbalized that I had been receiving dry needling for at least 4 weeks and he replied "not from me!" and I asked him why this involves me. I felt he was pinning his lack of communication with his staff on me and using me as a scape goat. There was some sort of drama going on behind the scenes. I then said very calmly, "I don't like the way you are talking to me" He began yelling at me saying I was late 20 minutes which was not true. I was 20 minutes early to every appointment from December to March, twice a week, except for my first appointment driving from Spokane in the snow and ice. I took a wrong turn. He ripped the electrode off my shoulder aggressively and yelled " you can leave there's the door!" I was in shock at how unprofessional he was and how belittling he treated me. This is not the first instance that he was short and dismissive. I believe he is a good PT with a lot of experience in his field. I do however think he is disrespectful and lacks tactful communication skills and has a big ego. I also observed dysfunctional relationships between his staff who from what I could tell felt increasingly powerless. In my experience leaders who don't listen to their patients and staff have to use control and anger to powerfully lord over people. Kevin is a hurt man who needs some education on how to treat women and people in general. Many people who have long standing chronic pain have trauma as well. I am concerned for people who come to this office who are looking for compassionate care. You will not get this here. And for a very openly "Christian" business, I would think this would be a priority. I heard staff refer to him as just being from the East coast. His behavior is not reflective of East coast culture, in my opinion. This is dismissive and stroking the ego of a person who cannot be told no. Kevin is very knowledgeable and helped me with miserable low back pain. Each time I visit there is improvement. The first time I visited I hobbled in, bent with pain. I walked out upright and much improved... I was shocked at how much better I felt, especially after months of pain, steroids and pain killers. I only wish I had visited sooner. I have read the rediculous reviews complaining about Kevin trying to keep his small allotment of parking spaces available for his clients that can't walk far without pain. These vindictive "reviews" tell you nothing about the quality of service, but do hint at how hard Kevin is willing to work for his clients. I was referred here from a dear friend. I have been to many places and have never been treated so wonderfully as I have by Kevin and his staff. I have seen progress with my leg in just 2 weeks time. I am so incredibly thankful that I was able to get in and see him. I have already passed this on to some of my friends. Best of all, Kevin and his staff are Godly people. I don't believe I've ever written a review before but this one is a must. I want people out of pain. I hobbled into Joshua Tree with severe planter fasciitis and heal pain that grew continually worse over 2 years as I tried to push through the pain. Getting out of bed was excruciating and I was very limited what I could do. Kevin told me it would take a while because I let it go so long and kept working it. BUT!!! Thank God after using the Chazael Lotion that Kevin has come up with and the treatments he uses I CAN WALK, JUMP, RUN, GET UP WITH NO PAIN, CARRY MY GREAT GRANDSON, SHOVEL SNOW AND EVERYTHING ELSE NORMAL HEALTHY FEET DO!! JOSHUA TREE is definitely not the normal physical therapy. IT'S SO MUCH MORE. The lotion works miracles and Kevin's procedures aren't the norm and they work! I found the lotion works so much better when refrigerated...cold to apply?...yes...but better and faster results. AND As I was getting my foot worked on I would watch people come in with back pain or neck pain and leave pain free or so much better after one visit. So when my back went out I thought I'd try Joshua Tree for that and as bad as it was it would usually take 3 to 4 weeks to heal. ONE TREATMENT AND MY BACK PAIN WAS GONE. HAVE BEEN GOING TO CHIROPRACTOR FOR YEARS WITH OUT THAT RELIEF. I'M SO SO SO HAPPY TO BE PAIN FREE. If you're in need of a physical therapist try them..they treat you with respect and compassion....I love the staff. You won't be sorry. You won't lose anything except the pain.....
