It's pretty clear that Jeff and Tailwind are charging insurance & Medicare for multiple expensive services during one session, and Jeff isn't going to put up with clients asking for a brief explanation about the service codes and associated fees.

He comes off as flippant and extremely uncaring. The only exam he did was strength testing and the area of pain was completely covered for the entirety of the appointment, he didn't even look at it. I can't seem to find any positive reviews on this doctor and I wish I would've had time to research him prior to this appointment. I sincerely hope the other doctors at this pain clinic do not treat their patients like they are a second class citizen or a waste of their time. He was not only a waste of my time but a waste of my hard earned money and I have already informed my referring doctor about my experience with Dr. Gilmer. This was essentially my last hope for some pain relief and my hope was to get relief without medications. I guess that's not to be with this guy. FYI: there are some other reviews for a Dr Gilmore.
