The therapist that I saw initially paid little attention the MRI report that I brought with me and after a cursory examination advised me to go on an elimination diet (I am not overweight) because he felt that my symptoms were due to lymphatic obstruction and systemic inflammation. He advised me to resume my hot yoga practice although I believe that was instigating factor that led to the sciatica and did not recommend additional PT so no follow was scheduled. As a medical professional myself, I would not advise going here for PT if you have significant structural and functional spine disease

Despite my repeated communications that St Luke' is not accepting referrals from this practice, they insisted, treated me with none of the approaches they promise in their ads, and handed me off immediately to a PA. Rather than pursuing a diagnosis of the scary new symptom I had been referred for, I was offered repeated doses of gabapentin/pregabalin with no neuromuscular diagnosis, although the phrase "rule out MS or Parkinson's" was uttered in my initial appointment. Instead of their "treatment" solving a problem, I am 12 weeks longer with no testing and the notion of a neuromuscular death sentence rattling around in my head.

So far after 2 visits I leave feeling more relaxed with a lot less pain. They ate considerate and explain everything they are doing and why. It already seems like it is accumulating many patients as it is currently booking appointments about two weeks out. Physical therapy services offered include pelvic floor, prenatal, postpartum, breast cancer, and sports. I really wish I had known about prenatal PT prior to having kids; it seems like it would have made delivery much easier and myself better informed. I can't say I *love* going as awkward as pelvic floor PT can be, but all the therapists (all women) here have all been professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process making a cringey experience as easy as possible.
