I received excellent care from beginning to end, from front end staff and PT staff. Their depth of experience is evident and their building culture is pleasant and welcoming. Cale Nichols made coming to PT almost fun (at least I generally looked forward to it) which was important since it usually hurt:/ Without reservation, I recommend LHPT to anyone looking looking to recover from an injury or surgery. They waited a signature for 75 visits for $140= $10,500.00. they said I owed the dudctable of $1150.00, then they would seek approval from insurance for the remainder, but wanted me on the hook for the whole amount. I refused to sign and was offered a free consultation. What a joke. It's definitely a case by case on how much they can get from your insurance without even know the scope of the injury. I was never seen v before being presented with this contract.

Then when I cancel an appointment on short notice, they report me to the insurance company which causes backlash, as you can imagine. Then when there is a delay in my ability to go to appointment because I'm waiting for the insurance company to approve more visits, they closed out my file. Didn't even perform a final evaluation or exam, just file closed. Then, the cherry on top - I need my file because I'm being required to provide the information about my visits and they want $28 to attach my electronic file to an email and click send. Out of principle, I will not pay for my own records to be emailed. 2 other clinics I was seen at, both sent records at no charge or hassle. I recommend U-District!

They spend the full time of their visit with you and are very hands on. The only reason I stopped going, was because my insurance decided that Synergy was not in my plan after a few of months. I recently have changed insurances and plan to return as soon as all of the insurance details are finalized.

Had several visits there…read more The therapist was busier typing on the computer, teaching me the "homework" she loved to give, explaining the therapy, etc, rather than actually doing the hands on massage work (which was what I needed and was sent there for). I did not want to learn to become a therapist. Out of the several hours I spent there I got about 1/2 hour of actual hands on massage therapy. I left and went else where to save money, time, and get the hands on help I needed.

Drew has been my main physical therapist, but I've gotten to know everyone since 1) others will cover for him so it works with my schedule and/or 2) they're observant of my progress as well as their own patients in the same space. Drew is always trying to problem solve all of my road blocks and difficulties. He also handles my attitude and snippiness well despite me getting annoyed or exasperated with my physical handicap after surgery. Overall, staff is very attentive and genuine. Physical therapy is not going to be all rainbow and sunshine; some things are tough and painful, but it's amazing the progress I've witnessed in myself since going here.

Alex has been working with me on pain from trigeminal neuralgia, chronic sinus congestion, chest muscle pain and shortness of breath from post Covid. I feel like Alex is the most beneficial provider from my multidisciplinary team (doctors, dentist, oral surgeon, acupuncturist and chiropractor). I leave my appointments with him feeling relax and where he worked on released.
