My main physical therapist was Corina, who is super cheerful and informative. Always pushing me positively to get stronger and stick with all my exercises. Before I started traveling a ton I joined their gym to try and loose some extra post injury weight. Not only was Corina helpful in passing along ideal exercises and various machines that'd help with the different affected areas. Not only did I make my trip to Hawaii in better shape, but I left with a more toned and bootyful behind. If you join as a family, (two or more I believe) the rates aren't too horrible. The woman, Shandra, said I couldn't and that I had only a few days left since I started in October. I tried to tell her about the billling and scheduling and she wouldn't have i, insisting I'd started in October when I paid. I got frustrated, being sick, and she got frustrated insisting she was right....finally hanging up on me! I talked with the boss about it and he said to just come in for a day swim pass. Well, I told him and a subsequent email that I would like an apology, even leaving a phone message. I called recently and she again was rude! I said I had the paper work to prove that I was right! It makes me never want to go back. She even said she'd called me a few times and got a too-full message machine. I have Never had a too-full machine. She also said that if there were negative incidents I would not be welcome again. SHE was in the wrong and could NOT APOLOGIZE. She hung up on me, very unprofessional. When I recently called, asking for her..... I said lets just be nice...that I wanted to return with good vibes.. She couldn't do it. Still waiting for a phone call...it could fix everything! I really like everyone there...but she has not been very nice.. I am the victim here.....I started first week of November and she won't even review my bill and try to work it out. She was all to willing to refund me so that I wouldn't come back. On the phone this week, she actually said "I don't need to talk to you". They will be losing alot of business because I live 20 minutes away and love to swim and planned on going every week until I can't anymore. I am a new widow and this was my happy place. ...until I ran into Shandra. I've never met anyone so unpleasant in my life.

There were no appointments available to reschedule so we were still charged the service fee. I understand cancellation fees but when someone is very sick there should be an exception, so you don't get others sick. The policy is very strict there are no exceptions, and it seems they are always overbooked so rescheduling seems to be limited. I do agree the PT therapist are great minus the desk policy.

They spend the full time of their visit with you and are very hands on. The only reason I stopped going, was because my insurance decided that Synergy was not in my plan after a few of months. I recently have changed insurances and plan to return as soon as all of the insurance details are finalized.

Had several visits there…read more The therapist was busier typing on the computer, teaching me the "homework" she loved to give, explaining the therapy, etc, rather than actually doing the hands on massage work (which was what I needed and was sent there for). I did not want to learn to become a therapist. Out of the several hours I spent there I got about 1/2 hour of actual hands on massage therapy. I left and went else where to save money, time, and get the hands on help I needed.
