Working with Youthful has been a terrible experience! We were referred to here for my son when he…read morewas 8 months old for a delay in crawling. Things started okay. The PT, Ellie was nice, but not very helpful in suggestions, and not that hands on and if he was fussy at all would usually cut our sessions short. Once he was crawling she moved us to once a month. From there we did not hear from her for three months, while he was trying to walk. I kept texting and calling, asking about appointments and sending videos of his walking, which seemed off. Eventually we heard back and she referred us to get orthotic braces. (Something we could have done months ago). Then she left. We got a new PT, Aliece who was nice, much more hands on, and more helpful with exercise suggestions. A little ways into it, we were put on a once a month schedule and it would take up to 3 weeks to hear from her for an appt. Again, we were left for 3 months with no appointment, at which point, they wanted to discharge him, which after speaking with the owner, he said was an error on his part for lack of communication. I reiterated all of these problems that we've had and that communication seems to be lacking everywhere there. Here we are, a month after leaving their service and I just got a text from Aliece about scheduling William for an appointment, this is 3 months from his previous appt, a month after speaking with the owner and the PT had no idea that we weren't going to Youthful anymore. This was after speaking with the owner! Horrendous communication and scheduling! There needs to be guidelines. We've been with them for over a year, my son just turned 2. We also had a speech eval done after we, his dr, and teacher, all shared concerns about his speech and the therapist asked some questions and then wrote us off and said we'd check back when he was 3. She didn't even observe his speech. The priorities of this company and therapists are clearly not aligned with providing crucial therapy to young children so that they may move and talk through this world and to support families with children that require extra support. If you care about your child do not waste precious moments with a company that can't even communicate with each other let alone the parents.

The cancer kicked off an immune response that caused her to suffer from memory Loss Mental Confusion and Seizures that nearly killed her. My Mother was recovering from seizures caused by a small cell lung cancer and was moved from Sacred Heart Hospital to Spokane Falls to recover. When my Mother was checked into Spokane Falls she had with her several personal belongings including a book shelve her portable stereo and her wallet with her debit card and ID among other items. She also had a Fall Risk condition which brings me to the first problem with Spokane Falls, their staff do not understand what "Fall Risk" means as my mother was admited with a Fall Risk Classification, yet staff consistently let her get out of Bed and move around on her own. She fell and got stuck between a toilet and the wall in her bathroom causing a trip by ambulance to Holy Family Hospital. While at Holy Family they had noticed my Mother had several fall related head injuries. She also received chemo treatment while there. After Treatment, Holy Family Transferred her back to Spokane Falls. However upon arriving back at Holy Family my Mother started having seizure again. Spokane Falls sent her back to Holy Family who eventually transferred her back to the ICU at Sacred Heart. My mothers condition declined to the point that she was removed from Life support and put into palliative care. My sister and I went to recover my Mothers personal belongings specifically her wallet with ID and Debit Card as she was dying. Unfortunately, this brings me to the second major problem with Spokane Falls, they lost all of my mothers belongings. They tried to say she took them with her but there are 2 problems with that story. First my mother was never in the condition to do so, Secondly she had way to many belongings to take on an ambulance .... There was no way they are going to let you load a book shelf onto an Ambulance. We checked with Holy Family, Sacred Heart and AMR ambulance service and none of them knew anything about my mothers belongings. AMR outright denied that the took on any of her items. We even visited the hospitals. We checked my mothers latest banks statement. She should not have a single transaction on it this year (She has been hospitalized or in a care facility with limited mental capacity since December 2024. Her latest statement has some large transactions on it. Currently we do not know if these are auto payments or manual withdraws. When this is over my sister an I will be getting the Spokane County District attorneys office, law enforcement, Washington state department of human services, and federal regulators involved. So in short if you truly love your loved one needing care DO NOT SEND THEM or LET THEM GET SENT TO Spokane Falls. Your love one will not receive adequate humane care and their belongs will more than likely get stolen or come up missing.
