My hand had been immobile for about six weeks after the surgery to let things heal properly. Since I play guitar this all scared the crap out of me. Patty worked me hard, but it was all in the interest of healing. I wouldn't have had it any other way. And I can still play guitar, thanks to the great work my therapist did. I hope you never need the kind of physical therapy I did, but this is the place to go if you have to.

My mother was put in St Lukes Rehab in Spokane, Washington after suffering a stroke. She also had a…read moreurinary tract infection. She is 78 years old. She had to beg to get medication for it from a very indifferent doctor who had no compassion for her. She has neuropathy and it is difficult for her to walk. She has to press the intercom to get assistance to go to the bathroom and they make her wait a long time before someone will finally help her. She has to set off the alarm on her bed to finally get someone to pay attention. They staff is inpatient with her and tries to get her to do physical therapy that she is unable to do because of the neuropathy in her legs. When a tech came in to get blood, they did not have a tourniquet available, so they just kept jabbing her vein in her right arm until she was screaming in pain and left with bruises and a large lump in her arm. We let the nurse know and they couldn't care less. I sent an email to them to let them know of my mom's mistreatment there and they have not even bothered to respond. If you care about your loved ones, find a different therapy center

From an Anthropological point of view, 1 star. It's all the worst aspects of the Surveillance State…read morein the hands of private employers. The human body poked, proded, and scrutinized in the most intimate ways all in the name of profitability. Open your mouth. Pee in this cup. Do a squat. Flex that fat tummy. Pump blood through your heart! Faster! More blood! More! Hey, no one said working the checkout at Fred Meijer was going to be easy! But as a resigned and modern homo-sapien-sapien, it was nearly the best dang obliteration of the concept of personal privacy ever! Staff were super friendly up front. The medical staff behind the scenes had good attitudes and the vibe was upbeat. Body parts were handled with practiced care. Senses scrutinized with grace and clinical detatchment. They even let me close the door when I made pee pee, though I wouldn't guarantee this same luxury in your case. The biggest downside was the wait. 75 minutes sitting in a waiting room. I was there for a full pre-employment workup in a job involving machinery so my wait was probably longer than most. Still, the average wait seemed to be around 30 minutes. If you're coming here as a "customer" you probably have no choice so why did you even read this? If you work in HR and are looking to contract a good sausage inspector, you could hardly do better!

Bad customer service. No apologies for long wait times. Simple drug test needed, took 30 minutes…read morejust in the waiting area, 15 minutes in testing room. Unprofessional! !!
