But as a resigned and modern homo-sapien-sapien, it was nearly the best dang obliteration of the concept of personal privacy ever! Staff were super friendly up front. The medical staff behind the scenes had good attitudes and the vibe was upbeat. Body parts were handled with practiced care. Senses scrutinized with grace and clinical detatchment. They even let me close the door when I made pee pee, though I wouldn't guarantee this same luxury in your case. The biggest downside was the wait. 75 minutes sitting in a waiting room. I was there for a full pre-employment workup in a job involving machinery so my wait was probably longer than most. Still, the average wait seemed to be around 30 minutes. If you're coming here as a "customer" you probably have no choice so why did you even read this? If you work in HR and are looking to contract a good sausage inspector, you could hardly do better!

Both of my kids were non verbal, and now I can say neither of them are. The therapists listen to everything I have to say or have concerns about and we tackle them in therapy. They have helped me tremendously and I have honestly no idea where I would be without them.

Then when I cancel an appointment on short notice, they report me to the insurance company which causes backlash, as you can imagine. Then when there is a delay in my ability to go to appointment because I'm waiting for the insurance company to approve more visits, they closed out my file. Didn't even perform a final evaluation or exam, just file closed. Then, the cherry on top - I need my file because I'm being required to provide the information about my visits and they want $28 to attach my electronic file to an email and click send. Out of principle, I will not pay for my own records to be emailed. 2 other clinics I was seen at, both sent records at no charge or hassle. I recommend U-District!

They spend the full time of their visit with you and are very hands on. The only reason I stopped going, was because my insurance decided that Synergy was not in my plan after a few of months. I recently have changed insurances and plan to return as soon as all of the insurance details are finalized.

Had several visits there…read more The therapist was busier typing on the computer, teaching me the "homework" she loved to give, explaining the therapy, etc, rather than actually doing the hands on massage work (which was what I needed and was sent there for). I did not want to learn to become a therapist. Out of the several hours I spent there I got about 1/2 hour of actual hands on massage therapy. I left and went else where to save money, time, and get the hands on help I needed.
